Thanks for the video. The knob on my particular set was extremely difficult to move initially but now it moves as expected.

Good video, bought a pair today, free bucket today tomorrow & Sunday with any purchase & I needed a new pair, I only have 1 set left, Snap on, but they are OLD, like 50’s old, it has 1 set of tips permanently in place

Wish I had found this video earlier. Affirming previous comments regarding short-gevity of this tool. My pair lasted part 1 of a 2 part project... part 2 today after only 1 week past purchase and it is completely non functional

Yeah it’s like this tool is really hit or miss. I still have mine and it’s still works but I don’t use it that often though..

i have one of these, thought it was amazing, used it maybe 10 to 12 times. now it only works on external. if i flip it to internal the handles wont close.

Yeah after I took it apart it started acting wonky on me also. The mechanism seems to be a bit sensitive. Don’t forget these have a lifetime warranty so you can swap them out at Harbor Freight if they’re not working as intended

The tips break easily on this thing, it completely fails with easy to remove snap rings. Taking it back.

Yeah I’ve heard some people were not too happy with this snap ring pliers. I really haven’t had a problem with them though I have to admit that I’m not always using a pair.

total garbage. If you want a "good" one of those, get the channel lock brand. Otherwise, just get individual units of decent quality.
