I LOVE that he washes his wok very well. Thai people are very clean and great cook. Food in Thailand is my favorite. it is one of my main reason visiting Thailand. next time when I visit BKK I will try to look for his cooking station.
The way a chef like this cooks makes it look so effortless. Everything has its place. All portions pre-measured. He's able to pump out a variety of different dishes in very little time. Not to mention it all looks delicious. I would eat here, no problem!
it's not the place for parking as indicated by red-white color on the footpath. regardless of the chef's skill and how delicious the food would be, I wouldn't support the shop selling at the wrong place.
The only way he can accomplish this is with the incredible help of the woman behind the scenes, grinding it out with him. Not taking anything away from him, but he has good support. I would love to eat their food.
This chef now has is own place and many employees working for him, he is very close to where he used to park and cook inside his truck. He still parks his truck on the street to advertise his business.

Cool setup. Not sure about parking in the middle of the road with busy traffic though. I'm surprised they let him park there and let alone cook too! I'm pretty sure the food is delicious.
Man Man U are a hard working person Go with Gods speed and when u make good money by a catering truck wish u a good luck lady who helps u is working equally hard with u
I just love the way he can park up on what looks like a busy dual carriageway and start cooking up food on the back of a pickup with a generator slung in the bushes... Try that trick in the UK and they'd have you towed off and arrested before you can say spring roll
In Thailand, the authority is flexible not too strict because they understand everyone is doing their best to earn living for the family. Here in the U.S.A, you can get a permit from the city where you live and operate your cooking inside a food truck parked by the street as long as you stay clear off the drive way.
I’m at the point where I can’t tell if the videos I watch are ppl in other countries or in Atlanta cause like…Atlanta has def got me rubber necking from the rando stuff I see. Outside of that this is so fucking cool and totally my cooking vibe
Every time I watch asian street food vendors on utoob - and even though what I see is very appealing - I can't help but ask myself "how many shots would I need before I could taste that?" Not with this guy 👍
next to the highway where it pores vapors of gas and diesel, the worst thing you could do its to cook in that spot, i pray for all those who ate there to be healthy
Great wok skills but he’s cooking next to a road with traffic churning up dust and toxic gases. I wish he could find a more suitable venue to unleash his skills!

You know what, and I’m sorry if I’m being dramatic BUT, it makes me nervous where his truck is parked. What if someone isn’t paying attention and runs right into his truck. Ppl are unpredictable
So kinda, the heat of the cooking kinda kills off most of the bacteria that is harmful to us. Say if it was severely infected meat then there's a much higher chance of getting sick. If anything it will make your immune system stronger. Don't get me wrong you can get sick from doing this, it's just not very likely. It really depends on where the meat comes from and not the cook themselves but a unclean cook can get you sick.
Cool, But GOOD DAMN parking & blocking a lane on a busy road like that😱. Tell you what if that was a country like US 🇺🇸 or UK 🇬🇧 you’d get wiped out by another car/truck or be busted by PoPo 👮♂️ & fined by the end of the day. But man gots to eat. Good luck to him
