Do u do long rides? I'm concerned about it being too loud. Hard to tell through videos. Thanks in advance!

jcg 56 I don’t even have the big bore and if your going on long rides go with the first one. At times mine can get annoying but I love it.

@@jcg5647 I do a lot of long rides. The sound doesn't get annoying for me.

Any negative to performance with the BB baffle without a BB? I can get a slightly used Billet Cat with the BB baffle for a good price. I asked D&D and they just replied with a cut and paste from their website.

@@Its_Peck I was told to only do the Big Bore baffle if I had a Big Bore motor. I had one on my Stage 1 114 and I thought it ran good. I have one on my 131 and it runs great, 139TQ, 134HP. I was told by an engine builder that works with D&D that the Big Bore baffle works best with applications with around 150 HP/TQ numbers and if you expect less that the other baffle will perform better for the lower numbers. He said that he and D&D worked together to conduct these tests. Had he told me this before I bought this setup in March, maybe I would have gone with that baffle. But I don't have any regrets. If you are going to get a good deal, then go for it.

Probably tuners in his area.... Seems to be a more popular tuner on the east side. I initially ran a Thundermax on my bagger.... Im on the West Coast where really no one wants to deal with Thundermax..... Pulled and sold the stuff for a loss and went with TTS for my tuner to dial in my 124.

Unfortunately I can answer this for u, you’ll actually lose performance torque and HP with the new big bore baffle. If you like the way your bike is rolling performance wise I’d say stick to the vortex. People just want super loud bikes and these r very loud as it is but I’d say the torque isn’t worth risking

Ya, that first pipe he shows on a twin cam is a nice set up, not blasting loud but sweet sound when out ripping
