That’s torturous. I’ve been there and know the struggle. Something different to try that many haven’t heard of yet-within 60 mins max of waking up (ideally within more like 10-30 mins) expose yourself, with eyes open, to sunlight/daylight for at least 10 mins. That biologically will program you for better sleep. Do that for at least a week and see how it goes. There are scientific studies that go into detail on how/why it works. (I heard from an Andrew Huberman podcast). Also, intentional slow, deep breathing (without attachment or anxiety about outcome) as you lay in bed before sleep can help. Oooooh!!! This is great! My very favourite is the one with the tilted head thumbnail but this one sounds interesting. I like the "tingling" and the voices but I wonder what the purpose of this sound is... 5:58 🤔 Thank you Nicholas 🙏🏻❤
