In other words she is saying; "I didn't read the report and I signed it because I'm an incompetent racist."

She's lying. The report is going to the Supreme Court. She is a judge. That is like someone in the military sending a report to the Chief of Staff. Why would she sign a report going to this level in her profession and not know what every word/phrase meant. She knew exactly what every word in that report meant - liar.

Any “diversity” position is, in principle, unconstitutional. The concept of a diversity officer is an affront to the concept of equal treatment under the law. Any action taken by a diversity officer is by default discrimination on the basis of race or sex, which is explicitly against the law. There is no degree of manipulation on that basis which is acceptable or legal. By law, by the constitution, there CANNOT BE a position that is either called or has the effect of what a diversity officer does

I was fired as an umpire along with the umpire who wrote the report because my signature was on it. I was told if I didn't agree with the way it was written, I shouldn't have signed it.

I have heard this time and time again.. Well, yes I signed it, but.... If one signs a Government report on ANYTHING, They attest to its contents. That they fully understand what they have approved, in authority.

This is a huge problem, more and more people are relying on others to write or read reports for them yet when asked about the report they have no clue as to what is in the report.

The worse judicial nominees ever...

The fact that she is an actual sitting judge anywhere is a resounding damnation of the ethics and credibility of every single person who ever made it possible for her to get this far. At several points in time, one or more people had to make the decision whether or not to advance this woman's legal career and the chose to help her advance in spite of (or more likely, because of) her clear intent to legally abuse innocent people and deliberately misinterpret and manipulate the law to her own advantage. Those are the people who are responsible for her being in that chair before the Senate, and now we have to deal with the consequences of yet another activist judge being allowed to infiltrate our justice system by a limp-wristed conservative party. We shouldn't be as mad at her as we should be at the republicans in Congress who refuse to buck up and get aggressive, to drop the posh intellectualism and accept the reality that the left is explicitly counting on them to keep trying to act like they're above using the sort of tactics the left uses. Hawley is a brilliant guy and definitely makes solid points, but the sad reality is that trying to be intellectual and logical with the left gets you nowhere because that's not how they operate. This kind of conduct on Hawley's part certainly gains him a lot of credibility on the right side, but it just leaves him open to the same attacks and criticism the left has always used against conservatives who try to turn everything into a high-minded debate that average people aren't interested in engaging in or listening to.
