All these IAS, IPS, will show their power only on hapless public. Most pass through special category quota, having no knowledge of the subject and get posting through political recommendations. So they are servants to their masters for ever and have forgotten that there is power above them in the form of judiciary to admonish their grave lapses. The DM should be removed from his post and should be sent for academic training.

@@iitnakanpur.. in judicial process special legal provisions exist, where if a judge is found acting contradictory or biased while serving justice, at the moment he will be impeached from his position , it applies to all judges, even cji of the supreme court... and one thing to remember in the bench matters and most of other matters cji cannot decide alone there are other judges also who were given equal powers...

@@vikasv4054 high court have the power to declare lower court's decision illegal and supreme court have power to declare the decisions of high court as illegal if they are biased or contradictory to law, and in the matter of supreme court's decision , it cannot be biased or contradictory because judgements are given by a bench and supreme court judges and lawyers are most qulified and knowlegeble person's in the whole country and there also options exist like review petition, curative petition.judiciary have a kind of mechanism which can punish itself on it's own it is the judiciary which had done so much for the country and continously doing, if judiciary didn't existed, today's India would have been diffrent.

The Honorable Judge has not ignored the State Govt order. By hierarchy, the High Court's order supersedes all other Executive orders of the State and therefore there is no need to discuss the State Govt's order. The DM is summoned only because of the non-compliance of the High Court's order which is clear grounds for Contempt proceedings. The Judge has given further time to the DM to comply with the High Court's order. Though viewers may think the Judge harsh, he was in fact very lenient with the DM, and even asked the Principle Secretary if there is any hand of the local Govt representatives.

Jab jab ias ips ka ghamand chur chur hota hai aur inhe judge se datt padti hai dil ko bada sukun milta hai So guys don't fell in coaching class motivation like they said DM is boss , ias to ias hai baki sab sirf naukriya hai, aap desh ki kismat badl sakte hai, ...... No matters who is saying this things usr your brain be logical not emotional I am saying this because i wasted my 5 years on upsc preparation not get selected but my friend got selected after selection his first year was very good he got good cadre ,big home but then he realised that it's not his cup of tea, he was unsatisfied with his job now he doesn't have any option . Satisfaction is important ias ips entry please don't get trapped by this so called coaching classes Hit like if you agree and one more thing i am sharing this with all of you just because i don't want that you waste your life in this trap without logical thinking and your ability

DM ki bhi galti nhi hai... He got sandwiched between courts order and state govts... He didnt reject courts order but he was waiting for state govts order. Public bass ye dekh rahe hai ki high court ne daant laga di... Power wagara etc. But no body is trying to understand the actual situation.

At 3.43,, he is being promted by anotger lawyer. Judge must not be lenient, they must be disciplined, fined, demoted to lowest level, grade with no promotion, if disobeyed jail them for life , seizing their ILLGOTTEN wealth with a heavy fine. This is the only one of the ways to STOP CORRUPTION.
