Installing the VCMuzzler 2 on a 2016 engine. This should be the same for earlier engines as well. Variable Cylinder Management. VCM causes multiple problems in certain Hondas and Verbatim at www.piloteers.org put in a lot of time and research to create and bring us this wiring harness adapter to disable VCM without causing any CEL or other issues. Product can be easily removed as well for warranty purposes before visiting a dealership.

That was crazy easy and fixed the issue. Hopefully there is no lasting damage done

It's the piston rings that will stop sealing and oil becomes bypassed and burns up. I had the Pistons ringed again after the first time. (You'll get a check engine light if it's gone to far).

Thanks for taking the time to make the video! That was a really simple install. Just bought a 2016 EX-L last month and plan on buying a Muzzler soon.

Curious, are you still getting slight vibration on your vehicle? even after the 1 yr of posting this comment? I just pick up a 2018 Honda Pilot V6 and also getting slight/faint vibration at some speeds. Not anything drastic but I ntoice it sometimes between 55-75 mph for a few secs but then goes away. I know it's probably related to the VCM.

@@SportbikeUnitedRiderz keep an eye if it's when your Eco mode is engaged or not. At the speeds your talking it could also be a tire out of balance.

I put it in my 2007 odyssey best thing I could have ever done for it no codes no more eco mode..

I installed on my 2011 EX. Did not realize but just learned that it impacts readiness code cycling for cat and Evap. Those cycles rely on ECT readings which the VCMuzzler affects. Not noticing any issues over 6-7 years of usage but it might impact emission testing compliance.....
