Hi Luis! There are a lot of differing opinions about this, but here's my take on it. If you're absolutely terrified of falling and a complete beginner, it's 100% ok to use the wall. With that said, the cues I teach are important to build up the body awareness, strength and muscle memory required to learn how to do a headstand. What I would suggest doing is going through my cues about a shins distance from the wall. Hi Sarita! Sorry for the delayed response. Try putting something soft under your head and arms, and press your elbows and hands firmly into the ground!
Hey! It's normal to feel a bit of pressure on the crown of your head, but it shouldn't be painful. You can fold a yoga mat in half or put a towel under your head to ease off some of the pressure, and remember to press your elbows and forearms into the ground so that most of your weight is off your head :)
