I found six pictures in my father's closet took them and ran 3.5 years ago, I got to hold little victorious and tell her she is safe SO POWERFUL! in my dreams I think my husband is letting him in and it's me I'm really worried about not having strength to keep him out.

I was wondering, what does it mean when approaching the inner child, to acknowledge "i don t need anything for you"? 17:39 I noticed you mentioned it a lot in the discussion and I understood that it must be an important element. But I was not able to make the connection on why this part is essential.

When I heard her say that it immediately connected with me, absolutely brilliant. For me growing up, I was never allowed to just be. Whether I was too afraid to do or say anything at all , or I was teaching myself what behaviors seemed to bring acceptance and molded myself to that. So I can’t recall being around anyone, let alone an adult, that accepted me for being myself. if I acted accordingly, kept quiet, stayed alert for requests, moved fast enough, didn’t make any mistakes or spill or break anything . Then I would be doing it right and wanted and needed and loved. So my interpretation is “ I am the adult that is here to save you, I heard you crying for me every night. I am here now, I am here to protect you, and show you that unconditional love does exist and I don’t want anything from you. You don’t have to put on an act or be afraid. I love you so much there is nothing you could ever do or say to change that.
