Thanks so much for sharing. The only reference I had for this QiGong was a book with very poor and limited illustrations. And yes, I know a teacher would be best, but I can't afford the prices for teachers in our area.

Hi Tim, I have a suggestion for you You should try practicing along with the video. Just remember to relax, breathe and keep moving. You will be surprised to know how simple and easy these forms are ..... It is as easy as abc. Use the video as your teacher. We should take advantage of the modern world. The important thing is --- remember to relax, focus and let go of the tension and fear. You are on your way. Wish you good luck and happy practicing!
