The Baduanjin八段锦, or the Eight Brocades of qigong is a traditional Chinese mind and body practice. It dates back to the 12th century and was originally documented as a medicinal form of qigong. With silky and elegant movements, It has been loved and practiced by generations of people. Really a beautiful video. The horse stance is killing my legs. It made me sweat like I was going on a jog, and my head feels good. The last exercise gave me that numb feeling but besides that I feel warm all around my body and pretty energized. Thank you!!

I love this sequence but I agree with others about the music volume. Perhaps you could revisit this one. I have been following your practice nearly every day for a month and my stress, anxiety and fatigue levels have greatly improved (post menopause)..🎉❤

Thank you for narrating in English. I do this everyday. I have been experiencing low blood pressure for quite some time. Will it lower it more. I love Qigong. I am just not sure what will lower it or not. If you have any other Qigong exercise that would help I would greatly be thankful. Blessing to you!

LuChin, I just practiced the brocades when I was feeling anxious and needed to move gently to refocus my thoughts. It was a beautiful way to move in an ancient tradition. It was a treat to see your surroundings. and your lovely expressive cues. Thank you for this.
