Are you starting your day with a healthy breakfast? I'm still thinking about recipes that make it easy to make with ingredients that I always have in the refrigerator, but that my body likes and continues to enjoy.
Different colors of vegetables contain different nutrients. Enjoy the joy of eating in different colors and attract the vitality of vegetables to our bodies! Enjoy the gifts of nature to the fullest.
[Ingredients] 1 red onion , 1 red paprika , half zucchini, mushroom (1 pack)
1 lemon (lemon zest, lemon juice), 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar , a pinch of salt and pepper, thyme powder (can be replaced with other spice powder), 1 teaspoon of honey (sweet taste is adjustable)
1. Cut red onion in half and cut into bite-sized squares.
2. Take out the seeds inside the paprika and cut it as small as onions.
3. Cut zucchini in a size similar to paprika.
4. Cut the mushrooms into quarters.
5. Prepare a pan and add all the ingredients above
6. Combine roughly over medium heat with a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of olive oil.
7. Cover and cook over medium-low heat for 5 minutes.
8. Open the lid and stir, sprinkle another pinch of salt.
9. Put the lid on and cook it for another 5 minutes, the vegetables and mushrooms will sufficiently moisturize.
10. Put it in a container and pour the amount of lemon pickle juice and store it in a refrigerator.
[Salad meal] cooked lentils, vegetables and mushrooms, salad vegetables, black cherry tomatoes, steamed eggs
1. Place salad vegetables on your favorite plate and serve with cooked lentils and cut cherry tomatoes.
2. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper and drizzle fresh olive oil.
3. Put lemon-salted vegetables and mushrooms in moderation, and even put steamed eggs on top to eat deliciously.
