HEALTHY WEEK IN MY LIFE VLOG | Army Future Soldier Training, Leg Glute workout, Detroit Zoo 

So I’ve been trying to get in the military for 4 years and I’ve been going to FST for the last 3 years. Most of the recruiting stations around here in Oklahoma don’t even do future soldier training. I have been very lucky and the station I go to the station commander does the hour of exercise then we do more learning of what’s needed to know in basic. After that we usually have our medic recruiter teach us the medical portion you learn in basic (think MEDEVAC9). Still waiting on my waiver to get through, but I would have to say the FST I am a part of is probably one of the best in the country. Just this specific station though as when I was at MEPS I talked to another station commander for a different station and he laughed about FST and told me nobody bothers to show up at his station

make a video about how to get ready for basic without a gym! it would be really helpful because i have planet fitness and i had to cancel it because i don’t wanna have to deal with it before i leave.
