Absolutely. I have water, cooler, and electrolytes on hand every day and make my guys take breaks. Heat stress ain’t shit to play with especially on these big industrial sites. Helps that I’m on the ground busting ass too
S’why we started in the quarry pits 6 am from mid June until end of August, that sun coupled with the dry white limestone reflecting it back at you, you don’t wanna be outside long past noon. Had to wear long sleeves as well, cuz that heat will just melt and sweat off any sunblock
