12 seconds is not impressive for a hellcat. That was a driver issue. (Not a hellcat fan either)

Unfortunately for the Hellcat the difference on a real street with no burn outs, slick, or sticky track the Tesla would probably be 20 cars ahead by the end of the quarter mile. High power rear drive cars are just useless in a rear world condition/race

Now if they could get that electric car to be able refuel in about 4 minutes.

Newsflash. We have completely stock Hellcats at our local strip every week running 10.80's. The driver in this video is obviously not up to par or the street tires on the Dodge are no match for the AWD of the Tesla.

Very bad drag race this is I'm not sure what Dodge that is but that's definitely not the top of the range for crying out loud even looks like it has an open wheeler diff it must be the bottom of the range because I have seen countless of the top of the range Dodgers drag race and each and every single Hellcat Demon the whole front end lifts well off the ground from factory and it's known as the only factory car to ever do so and yes it does run a flat 10 second quarter mile from factory and if you put slicks on it you even get it down to a 9 second quarter mile from factory so either the driver in this car in this video has no idea whatsoever how to race or this whole thing is just a commercial for Tesla

Drag race is just the initial torque in play let’s see a full race. Hell cat would beat Tesla by at least 3-4 laps
