Hey Paola, idk if I have already mentioned this before, but I am also from the Caribbean and when I went to school there I had a classmate in high school that looked just like you and she's also Latina! I remember her being sweet, on the shy side, soft-spoken, and a bookworm. I was able to visit Puerto Rico in 2015, it was so beautiful and everyone was friendly. It was in January and I definitely appreciated the change from a winter climate! I would love to go back, and I'm glad you were able to see your family.

Your rust colored sweater is gorgeous and compliments your pretty skin. My loving step dad, now deceased, was from Puerto Rico. Well over 100 years ago, his family brought the first printing press to Puerto Rico. He always spoke of the country’s beauty. So true about surrounding ourselves with kind and genuine people; I recently, after much thought, had to end a friendship/ acquaintance that wasn’t so and I know I did the right thing for myself and possibly them.
