This was truely glorious you really encapsulated the feelings of duty,of desperation and heartbreak as the astartes fell alongside the humans and the longing for hope in the grim darkness. It's not just the technical aspect which you nailed but you managed to convey emotion you know.Actually give a shit about the characters? The sum of their actions? That takes heart, love and caring for the characters and the story as a whole. Thank you man. This was unbelievable!
This is better than anything Games Workshop could make. You did this with hard work and love and it shows. Please never stop creating. Warhammer 40k fans need you. Thank you
Just finished Helsreach. Thank you for sharing your talent with the world and congratulations on the games workshop project. Please compile all 13 into a movie and lots of us will share it! I'm sure you will get even more subscribers and likes.
Richard, you can be proud of yourself for achieving this outstanding work. You will have this for a livetime. Following your work since Episode1 and admired your progress but also your determination. And now, THE FINAL...worthy of all the work you did before...
All the thanks in the world to you for Helsreach. I’ve been playing 40k since 1993, I’ve read every book, played every video game, and I’d been waiting for a movie that did it justice like your work for literally decades. I hope GW reads this, because I want to assure them that I will pay hard earned money to watch whatever you make for them.
I had to follow you here and simply repeat myself after watching the Finale part of Helsreach. *I could spend hundreds, thousands even, of hours watching WarHammer 40K content like this!* Thanks for everything.
Looking forward to seeing what you do with a full team and full support of Games Workshop. I've been through about 30 or so of the novels in both paperback and audiobook. So many great stories and would love to see you bring them to the big screen. Thanks for all the hard work!
Only vid I've ever seen with 0 dislikes. At least so far. Well Done and thanks so much! My Son got me into 40K by getting me to read Hellsreach. I still play Black Templars. Don't care if they're meta or not. Loved every second of your work!!
Excellent work! Look forward to that warhammer 40k series! I loved the finale wrap up. That Imperator Titan versus Megagargant battle! I especially loved that Alamo like last stand! Awesome!
Richard, thank you for this masperpiece. I just wanted to let you know that your prologue made me dwelve deep into the grim darkness of 40k. And get the audio book, sad that games workshop isn't supporting you. I'd like to highlight one more thing about the series. The arrival of Serpanie Strike cruiser was probably the most breathtaking moments for me in the audio book
This was an awesome series! I came to this late but I just wanted to say great job! Congratulations on the Games Workshop gig. Your passion and dedication to your craft is very evident in your work. Your series is faithful to the book and that makes it the best in my opinion. If you are into 40K lore videos on youtube check out Luetin09, he has high production values and gives it a serious spin. Also done very well. I would also suggest Arch Warhammer. His lore series is great. Again, fantastic job! Godspeed on your future projects!
Sorry I didn't catch this when it was live. Just what I needed on this Friday. Watching this first and will go right to finale. It's been a great ride.
If I can make a request for "Angels of Death", could you go easy on the filters and Lens effects? It was an understandable decision to hide some of the lower res textures and models by using nifty effects, but after a while I started to have JJ Abrams flashbacks from all the lens flares and photoshop filters. Now that you are working with some real money, preproduction time (and increased rendering power, if possible) maybe trade out these effects for raytrace lighting or more complex surface shaders? just a 40K fan/CG nut wanting to help out! I really love your work, and I want to see GW's first 40K animated series be the best it can be! Also, have you asked GW about acquiring licensed assets from the various game companies making 40K games? If the contracts make that option possible, you and GW could save oodles of time and money!
Can't wait for you to start a new Warhammer 40k series man with new graphic thanks man I enjoyed watching your series hope you decide to start a new one
Would love to see the First war for Armageddon... the one were Angron showed up to say hi but he got bullied by Space wolves because Angron couldn't grow a sick beard like them
Me and my husband both agree that it is out fucking standing to see your hard work paying off my husband towels his friends all the time about helsreach everybody who's never even heard of it I seen it and they always end up saying 2 we want more and where do you buy the chain swords
hey richard. love your work. can I use a few parts of your videos in the lore videos i am making for wh40k? I would appreciate it i can, since i asked another time last year (I belive it was at episode 2-3 at that time) and you let me to put a part of it in my "Wh40k tribute"
For your next project could you make video of The Glorious Tomb audio drama? It gives the viewers a 1st hand experience as life and war inside a dreadnought. Also it’s still Black Templars No Pity, No Remorse, No Fear
If I may suggest another project you can do how about the battle of vraks? I loved your work on hella reach and can't wait angels of death to come out keep up the good work
Great work, but you should be careful of your health. Sleep deprivation can lead into some serious health issues, and then there will be no new work done! Plus those extra hours instead of sleep often aren’t so productive leading to more things to scrap. Work smart, not harder! Take care and thanks for a amazing series!
Loved Cinematics. hated characters in ME:A. loved world and map designs too. ME:A had a very big shoes to fill. It could not succeed with such a story and characters.
The movie is awesome. This got me into collecting 40K stuff. I do have one question. I saw that the sound FX come from a sight that you noted, but for the life of me I cannot find the titans war horn. Any idea? I would like to try and get it for a ring tone. Ty for the movie I hope more are on the way.
