SangheiliWarrior yeah it’s hard for him to get to the ocean update since the amplified terrain makes biomes way larger. He’s probably seen it or played around with it on a test world but he hasn’t been immersed into it since his main world is sheltered from updates cause of its size

You get used to ghasts after a while. lol When I was building my nether hub, ghasts would occasionally spawn in open areas that I mined out while I was mining more blocks or building parts of the hub. Sometimes I would just run at them and kill them with my looting III sword if I could to get more ghast tears.

Just a tip that I find useful, when caving place torches on the left so that you can tell if you're going in or out (they will be on your right if you're going out)

For you newbies, if you want to binge his let's play series the world was reset at episode 105 (although there's a few references you may not get without the old world). Series I'd recommend of Etho's are the LP, Terrafirmacraft series and his own modpack series are some of the best imo. If you want a different game his Terraria with Zisteau was excellent too :)
