High Blood Pressure and Dehydration. Dangerous!!! 

This may be one of the most important videos to watch if you're coming off opiates cold Turkey. This happened to me. I go to the gym, and try to maintain a good health, even while using. My BP went to 160-109. Needless to say, I was scared to death!! I went to the doctor and told him EVERYTHING. Put me on a very low dose BP medication. 6 week checkup I go back to see my doctor, and it's now 120-80, thank you Jesus!! No joke, I felt soooo much better!!! I owe Mr. Donnelly a lot! I have been watching his videos for 4 years now. I thank God daily for these videos. Ryan is a big reason I am where I am today. These videos are Amazing Weapons in fighting your demons from opiates. I admire you Ryan. I'm very glad you do what you do. Much Respect!

So I'm on a cold turkey off 120 mlg methadone daily and just got outta the era BC I haven't slept but maybe 25 hours in ten days my blood pressure was 151 over 120 so they gave me clonadine and valum so I can finally try n get some rest I hope thanks for the videos been great help

Yes its important to keep hydrated. I dont drink enough fluids at the best of times I suffer from low blood pressure. But my body is use to it. As an adult I have no side effects like I did when I was younger. So the clonadine made it even lower and I got dizzy. I couldn't take it.

Clonadine is used for blood pressure. Another use is for Opiate withdrawl.

Did you experience these things when you stopped using pills?
