What Elliot is saying 100% right… I have chronic digestive issues, recently (6-7 weeks ago) started loosing appetite which led to sudden weight loss.. went to see GI doctor who suggested let’s do another second colonoscopy and endoscopy which is lierally within 13 months since I first diagnosed.. this video was god sent for me… I followed the advice provided in this video… it was my 4th regular dose of 250gm Thiamine, Magensium with B6 and B complex( not a mega dose), with tiny ginger in my meals.. I was hungry on 5th day and started recovering… doctors have no clue they just want to put their gadgets and medicines in your body without understanding your underlying issues! Thank you

Thank you for tipping me off to this, Elliot. I began the high dose thiamine about a year ago and my life has changed. I've suffered from CONSTANT tiny muscle spasms (I describe them as vibrations) for decades. It's not like the classic (dramatic) Charlie Horse. The muscles will just keep 'shivering' for hours and hours. It's like a workout and lactic acid builds up, but I never get time for a recovery. The thiamine works where nothing any doctor has prescribed has. I'm able to fall asleep much easier without being tortured for hours before I'm so exhausted I fall asleep despite the pain. Now, it's just gone. If I miss a day or two, the shakes come back. I take 2000 mg every single day, sometimes twice a day. I introduced my daughter to thiamine and had to nag her for months before she became desperate enough to try it, and boom. Now she's just as devoted to her daily dose as I am. She's told her friends about it and the results are amazing. One older lady she's friends with is an alcoholic and this vitamin saved her. Two others have other chronic illnesses and they describe high dose thiamine as a miracle. No, it doesn't 'cure' everything, but it makes SUCH a difference that it's worth sticking with. If it weren't for you, I'd still be suffering to this day. And so would many other people. I deeply appreciate your devotion to understanding human health.

This is so true! Doctors don't routinely check vitamin levels and they have a great deal to do with our health! If you have any type of immune condition it will often keep your vitamins depleted. There are thousands of people needlessly suffering and paying thousands to doctors when they just need to know their vitamin levels, and various vitamins affect many systems in the body. Doctors need to take massive nutrition courses along with their other studies in order to properly treat people. For many people this is an easy fix, but the health industry is reluctant, why is this...could it be $$$$?

I have a very specific B1 story. A few years ago I was exposed to flea and tick poison accidentally while putting a new flea and tick collar on my dog. I had a very small cut on the tip of my index finger and the poison made it's way into my body. The next day my hand was starting to feel numb, and this numbness worked its way up my arm, face, and right side, and both feet over several days. I had convinced myself that I was going to go to the doctor if I didn't feel better in the morning. The next morning the problem began to recede. I probably should have seen a poison specialist but I decided not to. Over the next week or so the feeling returned, but I had some burning and tingling, and also some feeling of weakness on my right side. Sometimes my right foot hurt in a strange way, especially when walking. Over a year or so, the problem got a little better but never really went away. Then I was researching Thiamine (I've been into nutrition for a few years now) and more specifically I read about sulbutiamine, that it is good for treating neuropathic issues. I ordered a bottle of this and megadosed for a few days. The problem resolved! I decided to reduce the dose to twice the recommended amount. Now it has been a couple of years and I have been doing well. I take the sulbutiamine every day. I also have a friend who recently came down with Bells Palsy shortly after getting the covid vaccine. I gave her a bottle of sulbutiamine and told her to take a double dose for a week and then the recommended dose after. She came up to me in church a couple of weeks later and thanked me. She told me that the Bells Palsy resolved quickly after taking the sulbutiamine. It really is amazing, and very encouraging to see that we can help each other in this way. It's worth adding that I don't take the sulbutiamine by itself which would probably be a bad idea long term. I also take a high quality B complex, magnesium, vitamin D, vitamin A (that's a whole other story), vitamin K2, selenium, bovine thyroid, and other nutritional supplements, and I avoid seed oils and wheat (but I do eat spelt, which is a more traditional non-GMO form of wheat). Anyways, thanks Elliot and God bless you.

This is why I never put flea treatment on my cats, it’s highly toxic and I believe is one of the main reason why my cats lived until nearly 22. The vets said they never see cats this old anymore. Dog and feline cancers are so prevalent nowadays, we need to realise if we put toxic chemicals over them for years on end it has consequences. T]here’s a product called Billy no mates, it’s a natural flea/tick treatment my parents used on their dogs, they never had problems so worth checking out for your dog 🐶❤️

@@jsj047 I can only say what I told my friend to try. I recommended she double up (400mg) daily for a week and then take 200mg daily after that. She came back to me two weeks later and told me her symptoms resolved. Your own experience may differ. Remember that this is a fat soluble vitamin, so take it with food. For my own neuropathy I took 1000mg daily for a week, and that made it almost completely resolved. I keep taking it regularly.

I can attest for the validity of this video. I got terribly sick slowly over the years after a lot of stress and some viral infections. I didn't even bother going to the doctor because I knew my complaints were too diverse to even get a proper diagnosis. Extreme nausea, chronic fatigue, insomnia, chronic anxiety, poor immune system; no chance a doctor was going to say "You're deficient in B1". So I one day I stumbled upon a video which recommended B1 for fatigue. I decided to start with 250mg Thiamine HCL , 600mg Magnesium and 1.5g of Potassium and I've been improving day by day ever since. I hardly have any complaints any more after a couple of weeks. It really is a miracle "drug" in this context and almost nobody seems to know about it.

“Leaky gut” often is low glutamine levels due to chronic stress and illness. The body will prioritize using glutamine for stress hormones and neurotransmitters, and that leaves not enough for intestinal repair. Glutamine is the main amino acid in the production of smooth muscles cells in the guy. So the body cannot repair itself. Glutamine becomes conditionally essential in times of stress or some people end up with “leaky gut”

My sudden onset peripheral neuropathy symptoms were…chilblains with ulcers, Raynauds syndrome in my fingers (but not thumbs), double resting pulse rate, profuse sweating under arms and groin due to core heat not being dissipated efficiently, serious brain fog, blue nose and ears, very low tolerance to cold. My doctor was absolutely clueless, said “just one of those things that happen “ 😳. Had to do my own research. I took benfotiamine and alpha lipoic acid…this was before I heard of TTFD. Benfotiamine almost cured my symptoms…80%.. now Raynauds is only triggered in extreme cold, all other symptoms are virtually gone. Just my right middle finger often feels cold. It took about 6 months to recover to 80%. If your diet consists of mainly processed foods, you can pretty much guarantee you are thiamine deficient.
@Matt-fq6ly
@Matt-fq6ly 2 года назад
Why exactly does that happen with processed foods and b1?
@bbsaid218
@bbsaid218 2 года назад
@@Matt-fq6ly the thiamine added to processed foods are poorly absorbed by the body. It is usually thiamine mono nitrate or thiamine hydrochloride, which have a maximum absorption rate of about 5% in a healthy person, less if they have gut issues. Also eating a processed food diet is more likely to cause gut and absorption problems in the first place, such as reflux, acidity issues affecting the absorption of other vitamins and minerals, and the use of artificial vitamins and minerals that the body can’t use.

Darn it. We were in a house that then got moldy. All sorts of problems started happening. All the docs said you guys are stressed. We were because of feeling ill. Not the opposite. That was 15 years ago. I'm just starting on B1 yesterday and feel good. But need to up the dose and see what happens. In winter my hands crack and heels. Cutting coffee out has cured that fast. 5 days. I'd love to keep on a little coffee. Some have said B1 can help again. We'll see. Thanks for these. @@snowyowl6892No, I watched another video that had Elliot, some woman from England and a Norwegian doctor. The woman had worked with an Italian doctor who has since passed away. This doctor had discovered that thiamine worked well with PD. There were 3 ways to get thiamine, a weekly shot, high diesel orally or sublingual tablets of 100mg. They talked a mount it taking 6-7 weeks before you started noticing g any difference. I started February 17th and it is now July as I write this. I no longer have pain in my ankle, my foot no longer feels cold or burning and only a slight numbness is apparent in two of my toes. Not actually a numbness but more of a “plump” feeling. My balance on that foot has improved tremendously. I can stand on my right foot, bend forward at the waist with outstretched arms and my left leg stretched out behind me for six breathes. This was impossible six months ago. This combined with red light therapy has made a tremendous difference in my symptoms. I'm also taking 1 tspn of nano silver and berberine 2x daily, and staying pretty much on the KETO diet and gobs of supplements, so I suspect that the regimen may be reducing plaque in arteries (including the SMA) also. I am so glad that i stumbled across your channel. I have been trying to get a diagnosis to what has been ailing me for a long time now. I was diagnosed with Giant Cell Arteritis 3 years ago and have been trying to get pff the high steroids ever since. I now have Cushing's Syndrome form this endeavor and they don't think its GCA that is the cause now as my pain never truly went away. On top of that they diagnosed me with fibromyalgia. Lol. There has been pain in my whole body for years now and i think you may have touched on this briefly as to why. I was given Levaquin in 2008 for a bad infection (a fluriqinolone which is absolutely toxic to your nevous system and mitochondria) and has the most severe reaction to this medication that almost killed me. Severe neuropathy all over my body and brain, heart and lungs, etc. It took me a very very long time to get back on my feet. (There has been a big law suit in the US regarding these medications). I know that my system now has been damaged to the point that is no longer functioning. I have many digestive issues and my brain has not been functioning properly for a long time. I have spent my life savings on trying to get a definitive diagnosis and i think that i can see a lot of the symptoms of what has happened to my body in this broadcast and a few of your others. I have ordered B1 100mg and intend to try the sliw approach to a mega dose. I have nothing to lose. The problem is, how quickly i can get to the megadose? (Pre disposable diaper which helps in keeping baby dry) At age 4 he would 'sneak' cake mix, was hidden half ate behind the couch and I considered a B deficiency ). Sleep issues and temper also. I spent years buying from co-ops, baking my own bread and organic health food stores hoping to see a difference in behavior. At 18 he is diagnosed with diabetes with differing thoughts if child or adult onset because of not following the norm (markers?). I still think today that this started with a nutritional deficiency at birth.

although I rushed it, but later regretted as I got severe paradoxical reactions, in form of heart palpitations and anxiety. Go slow, start with 50-100mg of benfotiamine, wait till your symtoms improve, supplement with other nutrients as well. Increase your dose to 200mg, wait for symtoms to get better and repeat it till you get satisfying results. It almost takes a week at a time for symtoms to get better. I used Elliot's protocol to guide myself through that. You may also take small doses of ttfd or sulbutamine for improving thiamine status in brain. Also rule out fatigue due to other reasons, like b6 deficiency. Some people may have polymorphisms where lots of stress or certain medications deplete b6. They can also cause depression/anxiety, pms, histamine intolerance, unstable blood sugars etc. Do your research!

Also, look into Benfotiamine- it's the synthetic form of thiamine (B1). This is the one case where a synthetic form is superior and here's why: Thiamine in the natural form is water soluble, but the myelin sheath surrounding nerve cells is fat soluble, making it difficult for thiamine to enter these cells, resulting in a common B2 Thiamin deficiency. Benfotiamine can easily enter into nerve cells and acts as a precursor to thiamin. It helps tremendously with neuropathy, diabetes and helps increase insulin sensitivity. It's recommended that people take about 600 mg daily, split into 2 doses.

I started taking B 1 Allithiamine from Dr. Berg. He has a RU-vid channel and a shop. Anyway it’s not even been a week and I feel a huge difference. I don’t even have to think about walking hardly at all anymore and it feels so normal now. I also feel like I can breathe easily all the time now, too. It’s only been one week, and I’m feeling much better already. I’m excited. Thank you God. I just happened to see a random video about a guy with severe problems that took B 1 and went from skin and bones to looking these guys in TWO months! Without doing anything AT ALL except take a tiny dose of TTFD. Insane

My neck still hurts a tiny bit, but the tension and pain are almost gone already. I really can’t believe it’s only been a week… God’s answering my prayers in ways I was definitely not expecting.

I wake up every morning with lower abdominal pain. I did have trace blood in my urine a few times over the past few years. I had a scan a few years ago when I had a little blood and nothing showed. I sometimes feel like I have been run over, beat up, and have a very heavy feeling when I wake up. I usually feel better later. The most odd thing is, when I go to sleep lately, I feel a sudden panic and at times I feel a sense of doom like I’m about to die. I lay there and cannot relax. Ive had anxiety over the years but not at a specific time. It’s always when I lay down to go to sleep and that’s it. I’ve never had that in my life. Also my ears will ring sometimes as well. It’s all very strange. I took Blue Bonnet B1 for 3 days and noticed during the day after I take it I feel really good and have a light feeling inside for hours. However, I’m still having the panic feeling when I go to bed, and I’m still having a little of the pain in the morning when I wake up. I’m probably dying. Anyway, I don’t know if I should take more of the B1 because with the 1 capsule I feel really good when I take it. I don’t trust regular doctors because they use poisons in my opinion such as chemo for cancer patients. I’ve watched several people I cared about die after putting all their trust in doctors. Anyway it’s really awful.

If it is Lyme take pictures as most medical doctors don’t utilize this method. If you have low immune cells and don’t test positive for antibodies it’s just an endless chase. Ten pass ozone knocked it out for me with naturopathic doctors down in usa I’m in Canada it’s illegal here. I was 70lbs on my death bed and told it was my fault I was anorexic meanwhile I had intestinal paralysis (& remains 7 years later) sepsis as a result etc. Those two things. Live blood cell analysis & 10 pass ozone. Best of luck. Also if you want to do mold testing. The company Dutch. Does urine testing & can be ordered on your own & done at home. They also test for comprehensive hormones. My adrenals were flat lined for years testing with metabolites where blood said i was normal because each blood draw I was stressed. Live & learn

Thought that was it for me and I was going to pass away in front of my mother. Got admitted into the hospital. They ran all kinds of tests only to find that I was perfectly fine would the exception of my heart enzymes quadrupling from the rate spike which is extremely dangerous but it decreased later which is a good sign. What am I doing wrong? These paradoxical events were the scariest things I've ever experienced. Everything you described I suffer from. Gastroparesis, severe gerd, brain fog from long covid, etc.

In past Ive tried Benfotiamine and 2 other types of B1 & triggers migraines. Got treated for SIBO and have taken B1 Hydrochloride 300mg for 3 weeks and no migraines. But I'm afraid to try the BENFOTIAMINE again and especially after reading what it did to you. How scary for you!! I hope the presenter answers your question Why. It could also be a filler issue or a defective lot and a manufacturer issue. I had a bad lot of doctors choice B Complex where they dumped too much niacin in it and the Amazon reviews showed many others had same symptoms as myself. Update 1 month later: 1st tried 300mg day then 600 mg day and after 1 month on Befotiamine on 900mg day. More migraines but not convinced its directly causal to Benfotiamine. Taking 125mg molybdenum to decrease my Sulphur Intolerance which my theory is why I could never take Thiamine without triggering migraines prior. I feel I may not have fully gotten rid of sibo as Oliver educates SIBO causes Sulphur Intolerance. My question for Oliver is 1) It it a mistake to take Probiotics if have SIBO? Or wait until Sibo treated?

The bottle doesn’t say the dosing? They’ve addressed dosing….but they have to be careful what they say because of the legal liability the system has in place for natural remedies …..they’re stating to start out slow with a smaller dose…the dose recommended on the bottle and then up the dose after a week until the symptoms u have been having start to go away….$59 compared to big pharma prices …..who is selling what? Doctors? Or this guy? Doctors sell u poison in pill form and ur happy with that? But bent out of shape over buying B1 supplements that actually help ur system regardless…🤦‍♀️ perhaps it’s best u stick with man’s cure for everything and leave the natural God given remedies to those who have patience and understand they’ve been investing poison everyday for decades and now have to have patience while the body cleans and heals itself…the only magic pills is the one that ends all suffering….and life …

(TTFD is from you btw) I'm now taking 1/3 of a cap daily so 30mg or so and I don't get the above symptoms. My plan is to increase my dose in a few weeks. Reasons for me taking B1 are many; Lifetime of gut immotility/POTS/poor circulation/reynaulds/low HCL (I also take multi-vit/magnesuim/potassium/molybdenum/b12/LipoGlutathione/Betaine HCL/ACV/Digestive Enzymes) I also drink electrolite drink daily.

If thiamine is the vitamin for good energy, then all metabolic processes that require energy should be related to it, right? So if the body has too little energy, it will use up the little energy available for the most important processes. The remaining processes cannot be tackled or are misdirected. If the body is now given a high dose of thiamine, it starts to activate all the paralyzed processes, which means that the patient can feel very bad at first because detoxification processes are finally starting or diseases are being fought. This can manifest itself in fever etc., depending on which infections have been suppressed in the past. This means that he needs additional support from magnesium, potassium, zinc, vitamin B complex, vitamin C, selenium and I believe iodine is also very important! Also antioxidants, such as OPC! Thiamine is important for the control of the organs via the vagus nerve, for the autonomic and vegetative nervous system. Vitamin C is also important in this context because it protects thiamine from oxidation! I suspect that various systems, such as the glutation system or superoxide desmutase, do not function properly when there is a high energy deficiency, as the little energy is used for the heartbeat, breathing and other things necessary for survival. This is merely my experience and is not generally valid medical advice! It is intended to stimulate reflection and further research.

Elliott....what you may or may not know is all of this is being played out at Stanford University by Ron Davis' team.they go under the charity of "open medicine foundation"...Ron's son Whiteny Dafoe has been bedridden and severe for a few years. This is very similar to gulf war illness where a trama to the brain is triggered by some type of stressor like infection or chemical overexposure which puts the immune system hyperactive fight or flyte mode. The researchers think they have a hypothesis on how to reverse all of this...they think we are stuck in a metabolic trap.they think being put on a jakstat inhibitor for a period of time will allow the immune system to reset back to normal
