By far one of the best all encompassing videos I have seen to date!! I'm trying. I just discovered your channel. You have a new subscriber. I am 56 and I go to the gym alot and I think I 'm a pretty decent looking dude for my age but I still cannot get rid of the little bit of love handle belly fat. I have to admit...All these years I was completely unaware of the fact that YES you should be counting fat content as well...better late than never. I just wanna say one more thing. There are so many fitness and heath content providers on RU-vid. These people all look good but most of them live an immoral lifestyle. I saw one the other day and the guy was taking about something called "body count". I never heard of this before. It's about how much sex you can have with different partners, the motivation being getting in shape and being rich and pursuing what this world has to offer. Nevertheless I will not be watching anything from his channel ever again. You mentioned your wife. That immediately tells me your disposition; Awesome. I will be watching and learning from your channel. I am hoping you're not one of these guys that flaunts his blessings. It doesn't look like it on your page though. Stay humble, God Bless!!

Thomas. I'm still asking about why now, your recommendation is to NOT break a fast with rice cakes, but your program, purchased in 2016, one option is breaking a fast with rice cakes and Almond butter. This is also in some of your videos, but your recent videos say it's not great. Please clarify.

I am an over the road truck driver. Listen to him! I lost 60 pounds in 7 months doing this. Some of the meat I bought was already fully cooked, but I pretty much did a high protein low carb diet with a mini air fryer. Worked out at planet fitness every couple of days and the pounds rolled right off. Even when not in a deficit at first, you can slowly increase time inbetween meals as you adjust to a low sugar and low carb diet. If you’re pre diabetic, there’s a chance your blood sugar can get to healthy levels doing this.

Dude I work at Walmart in the meat department. This is a life saver for my lunch breaks. I've been sticking to about 1500 calories a day. Drinking muscle milk and salads alot, the occasional beef jerky and parfaits and I've dropped 23 pounds in a couple weeks. Down from 316 to 293. Gonna keep this up, having the knowledge of what to eat makes it so much easier.

Thanks for this! I’m on a 1300 calorie diet so, for me, that means intermittent fasting and NO snacking. You don’t realize how many calories you’re consuming until you start plugging it all in to an app!

@@jleeactive its not crazy at all if youre a short woman. My sister is 5'2 and her TDEE is like 1400-1500, so 1200 is only a 2-300 deficit for her

Mander 1n- don't let anyone tell you what you can or can not do when it comes to your health, dreams, and goals. I work out daily, and as a man, I only consume about 1800/1900 calories a day, so for a woman, 1300-1400 doesn't seem so bad depending on your goals and reason to lose weight, obviously, if you are looking to gains then you want to consume more calories to a limit, and if you are strictly focusing on weight loss you should be good. I have lost as of today 23.2 pounds and I feel amazing that was three weeks ago I average about 1.09 lbs lost daily. I was able to run again for the first time in a long time. You know your body, so if you feel a bit off, add 50 calories and continue to add until you feel good. When I told people the calories that I would consume I received comments like "that's too low, or don't rush it or my favorite you will never lose good fat at that amount, only muscle" blah, blah, blah, blah... well my doctor says different. Not only have I put on 5 pounds of muscle but also lost massive amounts of weight and shredding. So I say go for it and like I am doing quiet those nay-sayers. My only advice is to listen to your body, I started at only 1500 calories but realized to get the gain and still shred I would have to raise them and it worked for me, it too will work as long as you listen to your body..... Good luck...

@@Asiam339 I’m honestly going by what the calorie counting app suggested. But overall, I feel fantastic! I’m not losing dramatic weight, which is good in my opinion. Every day is different, depending on how I feel. Thank you for the kind words ❤️ much appreciated! Good luck on your life journey!!

I get organic tomato paste & make my own sauce. It’s not perfect but it keeps me on schedule with not penalties!
@micks336
@micks336 Год назад
I do too... I make meat sauce I buy an omelette kit at the deli onions and red pepper sometimes a stick of celery all pre sliced cause I am lazy. I use red pepper in place of carrots for the traditional flavour . And I add sliced up sour cabbage and call it lazy cabbage rolls with no rice. Sometimes I throw cheese on top in a baking dish, and put it in the air fryer and pretend it's lasagna.
