@@snowyowel7961 yes 14 years ago are you saying that the tories are so incompetent that even after 14 years they still haven't "Cleaned Up" after labour? in fact the country has gotten worse.
He does that quite a lot actually. Not disagreeing with your sentiment but even last week he did that - in fact Sunak even tried asking his own question. Quite often sets up a question Sunak wouldn't answer else it be used against him - which inadvertently means labour can use that as an attack line i.e. not confirming that the pension age won't be extended.
Does anyone think PMQs is fit for purpose? This isn’t a back and forth, it’s a series of soundbites. There isn’t any attempt to engage with questions. There’s hardly any attempt by The Speaker to encourage accountability. No wonder people are tired of politicians, who squirm, deflect and lie their way out, who constantly reduce complex questions to punchlines and slogans.
@@linndrumfan1959 Nope, it shows that rich shits like Sunak are hopeless and slimy who won't answer any questions. That's why it's a laughing stock and he's not fit for purpose.
As someone whos ex partner was released who seriously beat me and another girl after me I couldn't agree with Kier starmer more. Should of done 5 years did 8 months 😢
I worked as a nurse in the prison service, pirate video games= 8 years. Beat your partner so that she spent 3 weeks in hospital? 6 months. Out in 3.....
@@brigittapayne6203 What, have you seen whats happened with a 14 year Conservative. How is that Labours fault, I'm not saying they are any better but don't forget who is currently is destroying our country.
@@gillianpope9039the big bosses his big bosses the bosses we don’t see or hear of those bosses. The bosses who make all the decisions those bosses that’s who. Those bosses. Them bosses.
They will string it out right to the last minute trying to convince voters to vote for them with there gimmicks bribes and lies. what annoys me is the torys ability to lie and get away with it. The incompetant clown stood there and told lie after lie and lets face it, it was the only thing he was good at and on the rare occassion linsay hoyle pulled him up on it and asked him to apologise and put the record straight he refused to do so. and sunak is following in the same vane. Its about time the swamp was drained as far as i am concerned.
All the Tories have been saying this since Bozo. "Let me be, I have been etc. very clear about this" - it usually comes right before a tsunami of bull shit
Dont you listen to all politicians from both parties?? Their favourite go to phrases are ' let be be clear'/'we have been clear'/I want to be absolutley clear on this, and then spout a load of waffle./ The other go to phrase is , 'This is a very important point' to every subject thats brought up. ALL PARTIES are to blame for this rhetoric . Vote in Starmer and the country will get the Government it deserves (not a compliment)
@JupiterThunder pretty sure Blair dodged his fair share, and before 1970 the PM didn't even have to answer the question themselves they could redirect it to a minister
What is funny but really isn't funny about this fact is that people keep voting for it! the country already needed fixing after Thatcher, Blair didn't help but only made things even worse, then along came pig head in his shed who certainly made things alot worse, all the rest has been like a game of unelected musical chairs to see who can get the best vote share and make the country even worse, and whoever is the next REAL ELECTED PM it will just be more of the same, they are all the real problem in this country, how many more people have to die and suffer so the wealthy can continue living the good life.
I lived in England for 14 years Have been back home for 20 Could not believe what a shithole England was Especially around the North of England Lucky you guys love Curry so much
Gotta say it's rather telling that the most exciting part of PMQs for Tory backbenchers was the leader of the opposition misspeaking. Keir Starmer is hardly perfect. You'd think they would have something better to criticise him for!
"all they can talk about is the past" I can't believe Sunak had the gall to say that. Every question he gets is answered with "the last labour government" I'm not keen on Starmer but we need this one trick fool out now. £150000 for each refugee sent to Rwanda 😮 Responsible for them for 5 years 😮 Guess who will sue the UK tax payer when Rwanda turns out to be unsafe?
Rishi, a 1 meter tall boy weighing a full 3 kilos, with his pockets full of stones, talks about security... I wouldn't trust him to guard my outhouse...
@@fuertewelly I know, years of gaslighting and then England parliament destroying our economies and then controlling what funds we get, but then put walls up to allowing us to capitalise over our resources at our benefit, you know like a capitalist society should. But no little England doesn't want that. But then that's the argument isn't it. You imagine we tell that to the Welsh (ps I do) and do you know what their response is "huh, never thought about it like that". So tick tock on the UK clock 🤣😁
The jeering and hollering when he stumbled his words 1 time haha it's like a comedy skit, how are these people in charge? That's behaviour you'd expect at the start of secondary school it's a complete embarrassment. Not to mention it's PM questions and the "PM" answers every question with another question. "Mr. Sunak can you tell us...." "BUT HE DID THIS...." our government needs a complete reform.
Amazing work by Starmer. He leads Sunak into these traps and absolutely demolishes him. Sunak then goes into a childish fit of rage. God the election debates are gonna be hilarious.
The stark reality is Sunak with 18% of the vote you get a whole 13 seats at the next election, call it and put yourself and the rest of the country out of misery.
@@oasis4426-cz6wt aye but starmers' bellendery doesnt approach the simpering levels of little rishi. I dont trust the guy but he doesn't scream briefcase wanker anywhere near as much as sunak
Throughout history it has been shown over and over again that poverty increases crime. The first period was the reformation and Henry VIII closing the monasteries. Before this the poor would receive food from religious sites. When this stopped we had a massive increase in crime. This resulted in the first poor law, when the poor became the responsibility of their home parish and crime reduced. These days even the use of food banks is restricted to prevent dependency.
Is there any chance we can force Sunak to wear a shock collar in PMQs? “Under Labour-“⚡️⚡️⚡️ “Soft on-“⚡️⚡️⚡️ “Jeremy Corbyn-“⚡️⚡️⚡️ “Israel-“⚡️⚡️⚡️ “Will he now-“⚡️⚡️⚡️
"He talks about..." is Sunak's response to most questions he doesn't answer. If it was a drinking game where one downed a shot each time the phrase left his lips, there'd be quite a few people rendered incapable. Worthy of the cabinet, I guess.
Play this game. Skip to Rishi answering each question and it's so telling. He gets more and more agitated. More and more animated. A man who has literally always been given what he wanted and never heard the word 'no' can do nothing to stop the plane spinning out of control. Now, I know that most conservitive MPs think that the word 'no' doesn't't actually mean no, especially when it comes to sexual consent, but still, but I thought he'd of been better at hiding all of his feelings and frustrations when he's in the middle of PMQs.
It's a ludicrous line of attack for Sunak to complain that his opponent never talks about the future in a forum designed for questioning and challenging policy and its outcomes. Who does that line really land with beyond those who are somehow still unswayable in their loyalty?
Lets have PMQ's where each side ask questions without previously showing them to the opposition. These shows are so orchestrated to not mean a thing. They both know each others questions and I suspect the answers too before ever facing each other.
QUESTION TIME BINGO TIME! *Drink a shot for:* Any time Rishi references Labour being in power 14 years ago 'It's a bit rich' Rishi leaning into the microphone when he's run out of words to add a tagline 'We are planning to' 'We have a plan' 'We know what Britain wants' Pretending to read his papers to look like he's not listening BONUS SHOT if any actual politics is discussed
All written out weeks in advance. Take a step back and listen to these criminals sneer giggle and ridicule each other, these people spend your hard earned tax money to benefit themselves.
If Starmer does become PM, the Tories won't be able to accuse him of not answering questions, because he can throw it back in their face, Pinocchio Johnson never answered any, and Suank is every bit as bad at ignoring, deflecting, instead of answering a question, he asks one. A decent Speaker woukd have put paid to this long ago, but we have cardboard cut out Hoyle.
Yeah both the same apart one was a hedgefund manager who made money betting on the british economy crumbling and the other one was in charge of prosecuting the most dangerous criminals and ensuring their sentence. 'Both the same' 🤣
There needs to be a serious overhaul of parliamentary rules. Answer the questions directly, no dodging questions, no making up bs figures and no lying and finally no yelling like it's a footy match
I have severe doubts about a Prime Minister whose trousers don't reach his shoes. You'd have thought that with all of his hundreds of millions, that he would be able to afford a decent tailor. The overgrown schoolboy look is evidently one which he wishes to cultivate.
Fair play to Aaron Hunt went from chilling with simple Simon and Luke Bennett to kicking ball with Wayne Rooney round his gaff genuinely sound geeza aswell
My father got smashed across the face with a Stella bottle and stamped on by 2 guys over £10 in his pocket in Swansea. They have now been let out early because there “ain’t enough room for them”
I wish people would stop with the false equivalence bullshit. Just because Starmer isn't the card-carrying commie you want him to be doesn't mean he isn't of the left. You can stick your purity tests, frankly.
It is really cringey that the second the opposition stumbles on literally, a single word, the Tories see that as some sort of giant win and start cheering like somehow everything he is saying is wrong. They are grown men. And members of parliament. Why are they making such a big deal over thr fact he mis spoke a single word. I imagine it's easily done when you are trying to speak loudly and clearly in front of lots of people. It really was not a big deal. The Tories act like children.
