Hi!! I am so glad I found you! My son is a gym rat and always boo hoo's my workouts. I run in the water, jump up and down. He took my heart rate at 105 and told me it's not enough. I'm going to do your exercises and prove him wrong! I usually go 1 hour 4 days a week. I see some progress but not on the scale 😞 You have so many videos to choose from. Thank you again!!
Debbie Greer Hi Debbie, I am more than happy to help ☺ when you are in the shallow water (up to chest height) your heart rate is between 7-9 beats per minute lower than on land. So when your son is taking your heart rate he cannot compare it to land based target heart rates. Depending on how hard to put into your workouts you burn approx 350 - 500 calories per hour in the pool 😃 Is there any area you specifically want to work & I may be able to do a video workout for you x
Haylley Pittam.. the stomach always. I have the thin legs bulging belly problem. Or, I call myself skinny fat 😉 I'm going to look through all your videos. I think I'm going to try the hilt. I need cardio to get my weight down. Eating is not my issue. I stay at about 1600 calories a day. Thank you so much!
