I am touched and inspired by all your personal views about life and whatever it is that's been happening in the world right now...can't wait for you guys to be reunited, soon! Stay safe 😊🙏❤
The botanical and historical narrative is an extra bonus to these videos. That makes the hikes more than just a walk, it's a visit to what lives -- and who have lived -- in the wilderness, especially the hike in the Scioto country, land of the Shawnee. The camping skills are also a great addition to hiking videos. Keep 'em coming!
My wife & have hiked Bloodroot trail several times. Site 5 & 6 have great views of the lake. Camping there again next weekend - supposed to be very warm & nice.
I have to say these videos of less grandeous places remind me that I don't have to get on a plane to find adventure. Sometimes I get so focused on experiencing different places that I don't think about my own backyard. So thank you for that 😊
Love to watch yous lot go on hikes, I like going from A to B on foot because you get to see everything along the way and the longer it is the more accomplished you feel.
So beautifully done. I love your sense of humor. Insights about life, info about plant life. Love to see what you have to eat and drink. You make my day. Thank you. 😊🌄🌅🗻🌿❄️🏕️🌵🏞️🌼
Please keep up what you are doing guys. We need you now more than ever to take our minds off of things. Stay safe and thanks for what you do! Undying fan! 😊❤️
I have been watching this channel every day and each time I see something new!! I just watched the episode where Andrew went into the Hot Springs in California, and it made me tear up. Man, this is a great time to explore the outdoors. As a Filipino, I was wondering if you guys ever thought of going to the Phillippines and explore the wonders of the beautiful white sand beaches and endless waterfalls, not to mention the hot springs.
One of the few channels whose 1 hour video I can sit through without getting restless! I really want to visit the US not for the usual touristy stuff but for hikes! As a person from South Korea which is too small to house lots of natural beauty, I really envy Americans.
Watch you guys doing the things I personally wanted to do but can't makes me happy it's like being there I just can't see all that you see in person but it's better than nothing it's a joy seeing what you all are is awesome....thanks guys.
Always love this channel. I found it in 2017 i Guess. One of those data i have Panic atacks and i feel sad. This channel make me smile and feel good. Thanks guys
I have been watching so many of your videos and absolutely love them! The quality is amazing and I really like the narrative given during the videos! Stay safe!
Thank you for the great content guys, its really helped keep up my spirits during the UK lockdown and inspired me to get out there and have adventures of my own!
Hello my friend hope you are well and having a great Tuesday so far. This is just like a full movie picture awesome quality keep up the great work my friend. Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us really appreciate it. Totally love hiking x it was perfect day for it x, stay safe my friends catch up soon ❤️👍🙏😊
As an epidemiologist and an outdoor person, I appreciate the effort into this video. We all need time outdoors, especially during this pandemic, while keeping safe. Thank you for sharing and posting. Keep safe!
Great video, beautiful, and very professionally done. I do miss your camaraderie, but it is the human interactions that we all want to share. Robbie, if you would just grilled the spam well where it is crispy on the edge and scramble some eggs with it then you would really enjoy it.
Yay for the Bloodroot! It's about an hour from me, so I was surprised to see it. That's where I go if I just want a quick one-night trip. If you go out there again, hike the bike trail too-- it has more nice views of the lake.
Love your videos! Beautiful shots and great insight. Plus all the plant information is fascinating! It would be so cool to be able to hike with you all!
I'm such a fan of you guys I love this video. I too have been isolated since March and it's now the end of July. I've done a few solo hikes and overnights but during this time of multiple crises I long for connection and the comfort and security of being with friends and being solo in the woods doesn't bring me the peace and solitude that it usually does when I also have the option of sharing my time in nature With Friends. So I could very much relate to your experiences your longing and loneliness even out in nature. By the way I live in Pittsburgh and there are so many backpacking trips I want to do in PA including the PA Grand Canyon, Quehoning Trail and more. These are pretty isolated pretty wild areas full of Wildlife. After covid-19 would you guys ever want to come to PA and meet up for a backpacking trip? Thanks for doing what you're doing and keep at it peace from Pittsburgh
Hey guys, THANK YOU! for your videos! I’ve recently started my 3rd round of chemo & your videos have been freeing from my isolation (have dug in deeper 😔) Wish I had the energy to go out but not yet. Just wanted to thank you & your ending humor has made me LOL. Thank you & please keep videos coming!! 😷❤️
Thank you so much for your comment, we're so happy our videos can help you as you recover and make you laugh! Thanks so much for watching, and I hope you get to go outdoors again soon :) Cheers! -Andrew
Your videos are LIFE!!! Absolute Gold as always. Thank you so much for this. This is just the refill of the prescription we need right now. So appreciate your work.
Just found the channel and absolutely love it. Ive been missing traveling due to covid and this filled that urge if only a small bit. Thank you guys for making such a great video and can’t go back through your older ones. 🤘
That amazing view you missed at 30 minutes if you remember your Japanese hikes is called YUGEN, one of my favorite Japanese character clouds behind a mountain.
Great hikes and video. Soundtrack was awesome as usual. Enjoyed the food and insight on how folks are feeling about the social isolation. Would like to hear more of Bryan's internal thinking. Look forward to the next one!
This is the BEST video adventure with Andrew and Thomas! Thomas is so relaxed and HAPPY! Andrew treated Thomas well! :) Oh and Thomas made jokes too....sweet
Discovered your channel a few weeks ago and quickly devoured all your content. Love what you guys are doing. Anyway, I wanted to recommend the Batona Trail as a future episode. The Batona Trail is 50 miles in length and cuts through the heart of the New Jersey Pine Barrons. The Pines are a very unique wilderness and home to many one of a kind plant life. It would be awesome if you can make it happen.
Andrew, Sasquatch live In the forest. They are also known to imitate Owl call's. Did you hear more? Also, wood knocks & when you enter an area where there is No sounds! They have been proven to become invisible! They are al ssf o telepathic! Just a few things I thought might interest you! Oh! They also enjoy plants & are Aware of medicinal plants and use them. You may be of use to the some day when they need a particular medicinal plant & can't find one in their area. They don't just stay in one area. They know your intentions so they are very friendly when they know you don't have a gun or intend to harm them.
The Bloodroot Trail! I live about 40 minutes from that and it's such an interesting hike with some great campsites and one of my favorite hammock spots in the state
I’m sooo happy you guys put out another video. We go backpacking all the time here in southern Ontario, and you encourage us to continue and explore new areas! :)
Hello from Ithaca, NY. Love the videos! Great photography and I like that you go to less well-known destinations as well as the popular ones. Keep on hiking!
My husband and I are at Scioto Grove all the time!! I wouldn't be a bit surprised if we were there at or near the same time. I would have loved to have said hello, we're huge fans. :)
I never comment, even though I've been watching your channel for a while. Thanks for another great episode😄 It always puts me in a better mood😄watching from Norway.
Thank you all for yet another fantastic video! 👏🏻❤ Caught a little bit of it when you premiered it, but watched it properly now, with a steak dinner! Haha 😊 Felt bad for Robby and Bryan being alone, but I'm glad you all had a great trip nonetheless! Love the calm music at the end and uplifting mood and words, and the post-hike meal and shoutouts were great!
love it. if I get a chance to listen to some music when on my hiking trips I always choose music like Delta Parole or Guns N Roses, the rawness is the best with nature.
