Just turned 60 looking 45ish...Only the pandemic caused me to shrivel somewhat. The stretching is amazing, as I ended 40 years of weights, I cannot believe how my body has remained shaped and toned while downsizing. GODSPEED TO IRELAND MY DEAR. 😘😘😘

I had hip replacement surgery, was the best thing for me. I was only 30. I am now 44... In the best shape of my life and then I found you... Thanks for your help!!!! I enjoy your guidance and presence every day! I feel great!

My teacher used to say that the secret is that there’s no secret. You get back what you put in, both in quality of work and time put in. Masters of anything have done it mindfully for a HUGE amount of time. Many of them have no more natural ability than anyone else. They have simply poured their heart and soul into it. Practice doesn’t make perfect. Practice makes permanent. Only perfect practice makes perfect. 😁 I love your videos. Thanks for inspiring me to move more. Future me also thanks you.

Excellent stretching routing. I have followed this completely. Super like. It will be great if you could make follow along series based on interwal timer(strict work time/ rest time ) so this can be referred more often. Thanks for this and keep posting more.

Man, im doing a 5 day fasting right now, and im thinking like im gonna stretch a lot during it and give my shoulders a break from HS and etc, and do some rehab work because one of them are painfull. Next day i open youtube, see the title... laughed out loud...

Sucks! I apparently hurt something in my hip area in sept 19 and now every day and especially in the morning, it feels like someone hit me with a hammer like 5x. Went to dr and they said “probably” greater torchanter issue or bursitis and wanted to give me a cortisone shot. I refused and tried ultrasound heat, chiropractic, had an x Ray. Nothing helps! It will sometimes feel like a searing pain and it’s right on the outer side of hip...lately I’ve noticed my 1st/2nd toe feeling “weird” like a hair wrapped around feeling...freaked out it’s because of hip. Feel like I have to go get an actual ultrasound or a mri to see if something is tore, or if it’s the bursitis they think it is. Tried Ice, 1x dry needling, lots of massage and it just hurts! I’m 6’3 good athletic shape and just can’t shake this! Really effecting me a lot. Going to try these stretches I guess

Cali Girl have no idea what I did. Maybe from squatting..just don’t remember any incident. How long did your last take to heal? I noticed just now that I was doing those “90s” he calls them and when I go to the hurt side...it feels like I have a wallet or a small ball in my pants by my thigh..so sick of it! Going to have to get an MRI to see what’s up. Going to really try to keep up on heat and ice. Thanks for your reply.

Cali Girl thank you for your reply! good stuff! yeah, when I put my feet together it hurts so bad and I was sitting with legs crossed carving pumpkins in October and I remember when I tried to move it was like fire and extreme pain and stiffness! think I’ll do the ice/heat like 3-4x -a day and stop trying to squat...so hard..I love working out. 😆 Thank you

By far this is one of the most boring video from you.I was extremely disappointed.I was totally focused on stretching and literally following you but unfortunately too much of talks in between and too much of rest so I had to find some other video and sadly I had to leave this video.Very disappointing.
