Hola Rosy, sí, una buena práctica para las caderas y la parte baja de la espalda. Esta secuencia también puede utilizarse de manera más restaurativa durante el ciclo menstrual para liberar la tensión, la ansiedad y el dolor lumbar. Gracias

That was an amazing practice, Kathy. I felt great afterwards. I just noticed a heaviness in my left hip while in straddle. Like the femur was stuck inside its socket.
