This video is just basically me saying I want more player traversal driven FREEDOM in the Hitman games. I love them but they could always be improved and iterated on, hopefully with a jump button!
I am a huge Hitman fan. I love this franchise. Hitman always was more of a puzzle game than an immersive sim or a semi platformer. That discussion about "contextual actions" can be lead to a point where we understand that all games are made with limited freedom by the developers. The question is, if you play Skyrim but expect Far Cry because both games are open world and first person, are you going to be disappointed? But I have to agree that more dynamic actions would help the series, not necessarily a jumping ability.
Thanks for watching and commenting bruv! I can agree with you in saying all games have limited freedom in some way or another but unless I am misinterpreting your question about far cry , I wouldn’t be disappointed based on knowingni was playing Skyrim, huge agreement on more dynamic actions though ! Do you think a functional jump would help though ?? What would you add ?
@@maltsutty I don't think that a jump is really what Hitman needs, since this will shift the focus on more action themed mechanics. I love the strategic strength and focus on puzzles of Hitman. For jumping, there are games like Assassins Creed. Keep up the good work, you have a lot of potential.
Thanks so much dude that means a lot ! And I definitely agree some more themed puzzle type scenarios would definitely help the game , maybe with some randomized elements? Starting to sound like the freelance mode coming soon , im stoked on that!! 💪🙏🙏🙏
