I tried to make the bread but substituted hops yeast water with raisin yeast water. The dough was very wet and hard to shape unlike yours. I may have to reduce the liquid a little but the bread turned out really soft and moist due to the high hydration so thank you! My best loaf so far using fruit yeast water. ☺️
