I pick him up at The Brownwood Hotel and Spa, quick stop at Lowe’s, Lunch at Cody’s and the Christmas Tree at Brownwood Town Square. Having that shuttle service to/from the airport available for your guests is everything! I knew that residents could use it but I wasn't clear if your guests could use it, too. This is so good to know! I can not tell you how helpful your videos have been.

Groome is currently having some reliability issues due to a merger. Hopefully they will work the bugs out.

Absolutely! Plus you don’t have to pay for parking. The shuttle service has been a real game changer for us.

By the way, Groome can pick you up and drop you in front of your home. Door to door service. I did it several times, just give your home address instead of going to the Brownwood Hotel and Spa.

Was just there beginning of Dec for a girls weekend getaway ( from Ohio) stayed in villa near Lake Sumter Landing square. We had a blast. We rented a car but should have used this shuttle service for sure. Enjoy your new home and family. Merry Christmas!

I’m anxious to see what your in-laws think of their rental home in Richmond Village. I understand they are building new homes in 2 sections of Richmond, that may be very centrally located to many rec centers, golf courses, etc It is difficult to estimate how long golf cart rides would be from some of the new villages to many activities..

More Tesla content please! I love my 2020 Tesla Model Y. I charged on a 120 Volt 20 Amp circuit in my garage for 2 years. This year I had a Tesla Wall Connector installed on a dedicated 60 amp circuit. It charges real fast. I recommend you include the word Tesla in the title of the video where you talk about your car. Tesla content gets lots of views. Also, I hope you get an electric golf cart. Love the new channel.

They do 2 for 1 happy hour all day, every day. So they charged us for 2 beers but we actually had 4 total.

I saw at beginning of the Video that you may have an Electric Car. If so can you share what kind and is there a charging station in the Villages and did you have a Charging port installed at your house.

Yes we own a Tesla and charge at home most of the time. We very rarely use a Supercharger or other electric charging station. We have had a lot of questions about this topic. Will do a follow up video in the next couple of weeks. Thanks!

$40 each way. Multiple times a day all day long. They also offer a van service that will pick you up and drop you off at your house.

Not sure. So far have not needed it. I set it to charge up to 80% and as long as I remember to plug it up as soon as we get home it is always at 80% the next time we are ready to go out the next day. We may install in the future and will share in a video if we do. Thanks!

@@MichaelTiffanyTVE I am curious about the level 2 charger too. I don't have a Tesla but a plug in hybrid. I can charge with a regular plug but it is slow. Do you know if the electrical panel can handle adding the plug without major modification?

We have had a lot of questions and interest in this topic. Have not installed a level 2 charger yet. Will check with an electrician and do a follow up video after the first of the year.
