Home Free | Listen To The Music and Forever and Ever, Amen | (Double Dip) REACTION 

AREN'T THEY FABULOUS?? We just saw them in Indiana on July 1.....and they crushed it! Only thing wrong with their concerts is they're not long enough. I was surprised I had a voice left after all that screaming. (I showed my granddaughter a whole different side of her sweet granny.🤣) What a joy they bring!

It did with my wife (cancer, 12yrs ago) and I'm still taking care of her. This song rings true.

I remember when this song came out, I was watching a st jude telethon and a little girl with cancer lost her hair due to chemo. She said she didnt mind because randy travis still loved her even though her hair fell out.

The Doobies "let the music play" the summer I got my driver's license. Talk about your formative years! Home Free did the originals proud on both these songs. And I think on "Forever" the guys must have bet Rupp that he couldn't do the song without using his hands, because I've NEVER seen him keep his hands in his pockets that much. Heh.

Your smile says it all. I've already listened to it at least 10 times, and I smile, sing along, clap..Home Free, hitting Another musical genius home run.

I truly love their versatility! They can take a 70’s band song and make it more modern, then stay true to a country song that was recorded as many years ago. Home Free will always be my favorite because of this. Thank you for doing them together. I saw the smile on your face!!

I love your reactions. You already know that. Getting two Home Free reactions in one video is FABULOUS!!!! You never let me down and always put a smile on my face. Oh and according to my husband yes he loves me just the same without hair. I have alopecia and lost all of my hair from head to toe in 2005. It has come and gone over the years but 95% of the time I have worn wigs. It wasn’t easy but I have learned how to live with it and have learned to joke about it too. It is just part of who I am now. ❤️

Mike, a double dip and a double winner-winner chicken dinner !!! Adam Rupp just kicked ass in Listen to the music....it's an OMG song !!!! Forever and ever....Randy collected a lot of hardware from that song too....a Grammy for Country Song of the Year 1988, and the same at the CMA's and ACM's.....this was such an awesome review brother....thanks !!

I followed Randy Travis' career and even was able to attend a concert to hear him live. What a great vocalist. Home Free pay homage to him in spades with this effort. And the lyrics are timeless and crossover to many generations and touch our relational emotions and Home Free brings that to the forefront once again. I know Tim has the lead and does a remarkable job as always when he does and he certainly shined. However, everyone else caused a platform to hi-lite his effort superbly. As mentioned Adam Rupp just brings the percussion to life that is impeccably spot on. Adam Chance delivers the bass line that is like how do we have two basses that good that can interchange like no other group I know (Wow). Then Rob and Austin add whip cream and cherries on top of this spectacular dessert. They all can do what is needed and it just melds together like no other group. The only thing you can predict is that their presentation/production is always amazing. 🎨🎡🎢🎪🎈🎁🕶🎞🧨😀❣

Both songs were done so well. I think the Doobie Brothers and Randy Travis would be proud of Home Frees’ versions of their songs.

I have always loved this song...so good...and they just keep getting better! And Austin has really come into his own! ❤️

The line about if your hair all fell out made this song a big part of those battling cancer and their recovery. Many took comfort in that line in Randy's original, so it had a very sweet sentiment in reality for many.

The guys did a great job with both songs. Austin so good taking the lead. Adam with his percussion is as always amazing. Tim, Rob and Chance with the background is sooo good. They did a lovely job of Randy's song, so glad they kept it so close to the original. They have publicly announced that they’re working on another album of all originals (14 songs) that were written by Tim and/or Austin! They’re recording now. You most likely will have content that will be readily available to reacting to without worrying about being blocked because they have their own label.

I grew up on classic rock & am a big fan of the Doobie Brothers & had their albums. "Listen To The Music" was a big hit for them back in 1972. Love that Home Free is keeping this great music alive & introducing it to the younger generation. The guys did a really nice job of this song. Austin was great for the lead & loved the background harmonies of Rob, Chance & Tim. Adam killed it on the vocal percussion again. He always comes up with some new & interesting sounds.

Home Free knocked gently on my heart and I invited them in. They have filled my heart with such joy, hope, and positivity I never want them to leave. Forever and Ever Amen is a true heart melter. Lots of people can sing a song well, but something about the genuine spirit of Home Free and their obvious enjoyment of creating such beautiful music and sharing it endears them to all of us Home Fries. I especially loved Adam's beat boxing/ vocal percussion I don't know how you make it sound "PRETTY", but he did it. Listen To The Music. wow. Every one of their "instruments" were wonderful. Their harmonies were as rich and tasty as a Thanksgiving dinner, Tim's base line was awesome, and Austin's lead was spot on perfection. Adam's beat boxing/vocal percussion was next level electrifying and creative. Art is subjective, I know, but in my opinion, their artistry is unrivalled. Thank you so much for your wonderful reaction.

I was never a fan of Forever and Ever Amen back in the day, a combo of being an idiot teen who thought country music was inherently uncool and a couple of years later, working in an office with a woman who only listened to the country station and hearing this song so much I wanted to jump out a window. My appreciation has matured since, and this is a great cover. But Listen to the Music is fantastic. It's such a great, great song and Home Free just killed it. How could anyone sit still listening to that?! It just makes you feel good.

After surviving covid all mine fell out. My husband was so happy to have me alive and ho e, he didn't care at all!
