I’m American and i have to say you did an amazing job for what you had to work with . Not everyone has the luxury of having a machine shop and money for all the best parts . This thing is geared so well ! It would probably climb up anything!! It looks like you have low and high gears too!! Dude you are extremely talented don’t listen to the haters !!
A for effort. It's a good thing you only have a lawn mower powering it. Jumping up and down on it is only a tiny fraction of the forces that would be put on it during some serious off road use. Just be careful. I can see it bending in the center like a taco and that bar in front of you smashing in your face. The straight cuts on that thin pipe butted up to a round pipe is asking to break. As well as those welded axles. The frame needs to be connected front to rear at the top as well. . I also think the tires will hit the frame under heavy load. Those appear to be pretty long travel struts. Longer than you gave them room to move. And WATCH OUT FOR THOSE BIKERS! You almost took that dude on the scooter out!!
I have looked at this video for a long time..3 hours+.. & decided that I needed to wait until later to watch it. Now that I'm watching , I feel that I waited too long.. It is excellent engineering. Please finish it to th full extent of the engineering that you put into it! All fenders, engine covers, lights, top to cover for the rain & weather & the rest. A good project, but it just needs finishing to become a GREAT effort. MAKE IT EXCELLENT!!! Thank you for the great video from the US!
Nice work. Is that an Aisin transfer case? Few things could have been better. The frame needs truss at all the corners. The ground clearance could have been more, given that you intend to use for off-road use. The wheel base could have been shorter, like 81 inches 😂. You could think of a suzuki carry 660cc or a large displacement motorcycle engine. There's room for a mid engine mount with long coolant tubes to a front mounted radiator.
We are manufacturer specialized in auto and marine diesel engine parts since 1952. Our main parts are EURO II system: plunger, nozzle , delivery valves, head rotors, repair kits, etc. Common rail system: Injector complete and injector spare parts for CATERPILLAR, DENSO, DELPHI , BOSCH, SIMENS, CUMMINS, etc. If you have any inquiries, pls do not hesitate to contact me.
@@hanruobing6924 Fantastic. Thank you . I repair small engine drive welders and large equipment . I am putting together a machine shop to be able to make parts for obsolete engines and stuff. (Yes stuff is the technical word)
This being a great project as it is,you are still greatly underpowered. For an off road vehicle,Yu will need to invest in a more powerful motor.4 cylinders
The rest of the world has the luxury of having BIG engines and somewhat unlimited fuel supplies., so we relate to 3,4,500 BHP & larger engines as high power. The supercars that we westerners know of have up to 1600 BHP!! Half of your audience is probably in this group of ultra high power supercars.. so be careful of your titles or you must find MUCH larger engines and drivetrains (& of course then larger frames and suspension and so forth...)
A Profile ==> you may be good at criticizing other people's work, but can you show us one of your creations so we can evaluate the greatness of your invention

It’s not underpowered, if you knew anything about 4 wheel drive off-road vehicles you’d know this thing has very low gears and will climb anything. For what he had to build with he did an amazing job !

Ur Amizing mindset lods but next time I asking ur favor give a exact details every single parts of ur contacted thank u have a good day good luck and congrats watching from Italy 🇮🇹 stay safe and godbless u
Adding steel to the chassis would be a double edged sword. Add weight, decrease agility. I was wondering about some of it during the build, but everything was well thought out, engineering wise. Considering the beginning pile of components, I was hoping for four wheel steering...pretty easy to do with all of the major things present...struts, steerable wheels and so on. Brakes would be nice too, and perhaps lights, but I can see it as being a future addition.
ITS HARD TO BELIEVE A GUY LIKE THIS WITH ALL THE BUILDING TALENT IN THE WORLD WOULD PET A SMALL MOTOR LIKE HE HAS IS SOMETHING THAT WOULD BE FAR MOR SATISFING WITH A GOOD STROING POWER SAUCE
What type of round tubing is being used? It looks like galvanized electrical conduit, and sound like it also when it hit the floor! I am not sure about the durability and safety of that frame.
Cool build but why put such a weak engine that barely moves the weight of the thing without the driver but with the driver yea it needs a way better power plant 😂
