Thank you suga😘the gelatin alone will be good for you and adding the apple cider vinegar with the mother is a extra benefit just start out with less vinegar I don't know if you would like it with as much vinegar as I have. Make sure you use the same amount of gelatin that I have for the texture but you can substitute some of that vinegar that I have for water or 100% apple juice.
@@CreativeCarolyn thank you for the tips! I really want the benefits from the vinegar so I think I want to do exactly as you did. I will try with apple juice first just to see how they taste since I’ve never done this. I love how these are actually gummy textured and not hard. I’ll follow your measurements!
Hello You're Welcome My Love 🥰 I do make my own personal soaps and body wash for myself and the family but I've never thought to put apple cider vinegar in the mixture, that's interesting apple cider vinegar in soap, will it irritate your skin? I use things like tree oil rosemary oil sea salt ect. I don't know if that's a good mix in soap for my sensitive skin what do you think have you used such soap and if so what were your results and experience? Oh also just make sure that you don't use as much vinegar as I did on your first batch adjust the vinegar as you get more experienced in making your gummies🙂
You can make it like that but I like mine with more vinegar I added more vinegar to mine on purpose but you can definitely alter the recipe to your liking as far as the liquid but the gelatin content is pretty good and accurate for the texture.
I don't store them in the fridge so I don't know how long they last in the fridge but I'm sure theyll last longer in the fridge than they do on the countertop I put them in a airtight container plastic and they last for a long time on the countertop because there's so much vinegar in them that they won't mold but if you make gummies without vinegar they won't last three days on the countertop you have to put them in the refrigerator but with the vinegar the acidity they last for a long time I don't know how long but definitely for 6 months or longer
@@radiantlife22 thank you Darlene be a little light-handed on the vinegar your first time because if you're not used to that much vinegar you may have to eat a half a gummy basically flavor the vinegar to your strength liking.
