It ain't that hard to do honestly, one month working in a kitchen and you should be able to do that. Just need to have confidence holding a knife and be sure it's sharp for clean cuts
@@jesus3300 I’ve been cutting for like a year and yeh that some bull I pm confident with a knife yeh I got a few cuts but I haven’t gotten substantially better at cutting
Nice looking bean burger. The first restaurant I worked at did sweet potato black bean burgers with the addition of chickpeas, quinoa, oats, and pecans...amoung other ingredients. They were really good 😋.
I was a vegetarian for 10 years and I recently stopped, but damn I still love a good veggie burger. It's definitely not a meat substitute, and I think people make a mistake in trying to do that. A veggie burger is it's own thing. It's not trying to be a hamburger, in my opinion. Good stuff, as always!
@@beckyyoussef2669 If you're just trying to get some meatless meal ideas and are okay with fully vegan recipes, there's a lot of good vegan channels here on YT. I liked the recipes on "Rainbow Plant Life" a while back to get ideas for vegan meals
@@beckyyoussef2669 my gf is vegetarian so I eat vegetarian most of the time and enjoy cooking without meat. Here’s a handful of solid recipes: - Falafel wraps - Black bean and/or meat replacement verde enchiladas - Mediterranean pasta salad with chickpeas - shrimp gyoza/any kind of shrimp dumpling - ah-so marinated tofu - most any pasta dish with a suitable meat replacement or tofu/quorn crumbles It’s not hard, but finding the right proteins you like and learning how to cook them well takes time
@@guitarguy42394 Shrimp isn’t vegetarian, is it possible that your girlfriend is Pescatarian (no meat but eats seafood?). My mom is pescatarian but always told people she was vegetarian, but there’s definitely a distinction there!

You can literally substitute the black beans for soya and may burgers....they taste so good I'm trying this tmr because....it's literally so familiar I'm sure it taste great❤😂
For a couple years I was like..I wonder what Cilantro taste like.....turns out...we call it corriander ..that's a mad flavour to work in. I use it in Indian chicken curry

I see veggie burgers as a great diet food, it's for sure not a meat substitute but it is a tasty way to get some beans and veggies in your diet and a good low calorie option if you're trying to drop some weight
