Nice work man, next time get the stick welder and run a few welds inside the old bushes let it cool and it will shrink and slide out easy, leave new bushes in the freezer overnight will make then go in smoother
The plan was to use the welder but like I showed in the video, I forgot to get a new cord. The bushings had also been in the freezer for over a week now lol. Still, good advice! Thanks for watching!
You might want to put a level on the ram so that it applies force equally on the sleve ! IF it starts pushing unevenly it could wedge the ram in the hole !

I just used a dremel and burr to cut a slit in the bushing to relieve the pressure and popped them out with a hammer. Replaced many on my mini excavator.
Yeah there’s a few good ways to do it like yours I’ve done before. I didn’t get the other top loader arm pin on film because I thought it was rinse and repeat. However it took a 20 ton bottle jack to press it out after drilling a hole through the center of it
Good work. Around 11 min mark you are knocking out a pin using an old pin. I have a pin with a steak welded to it at the end to keep peoples hands out of the way and it help with the vibration issue. Biggest thing is the hands though. One small error and your hands will never be the same

Thanks man ! So the harbor freight impact gun has bee pretty good with most small stuff but I would not use it to put wheels on your car 😂. Some times I’ll crack things loose with the breaker bar and then use the gun to run them out
