Laura, could you not make the lemon pudding mix please. I know you made the vanilla pudding mix years ago because someone asked on your channel if they could use custard powder instead and I told them that the recipe was on your channel. Laura I recently learned a tip when zesting fruit…. use the microplane on top of the fruit, then you can see better where you still need to zest without having to lift the fruit up to check 👍

Love these muffins made them a few times now , just wondering how you store them ? I find the butter in the topping kind of melts , I just store them in a Tupperware in my pantry, should I be storing in the fridge ?

I've had it where my Oven ran colder when I had to bake a bunch of cookies, thus making it take longer on the first couple batches or so, until I realized 🥴
Ingredients and techniques looked great but blueberries still sunk to the bottom. Perhaps because the batter was more runny and thin than usual. I find that with thicker batters, the blueberries didn't sink to the bottom as much.
Hello, this is what happened to me! It was a hot mess! Any solutions to this problem? The flavors were there and were spot on. But the sinking, Oh My! LOL
I’m baking mine at 275 & decided to watch this video while I wait for them to bake & now I’m anxious. She verbally says 375 but her typed recipe reads 275! 😖
