Oat milk has become a huge part of my life because I always start my morning routine with a little oat milk latte. My husband is dairy free and we recently tasted a whole bunch on non dairy milks to find out what one he liked the best and oat milk it was! Because it's a little on the pricier side, I wanted to find a way to make my own in a cheaper way that was just as good - and this recipe is just that!
In this video I'll talk about why I drink dairy free milk - and it's not because I'm on a dairy free diet! I love how it tastes, how it makes me feel and how it's a part of my morning! Also sharing more about my morning routine and how I've used time with Jesus to replace the time I used to workout obsessively.
