Thanks for posting this, I missed the live but was wanting to hear more!!! Loved the info. I think I’ll make the jump. It seems like a good fit for us. Normally I’m a DIY teacher but I’m exhausted and my kids need more than I can come up with right now.
Finally! A great review on WriteShop Jr.! Thank you for this review. I wonder if you think I could teach all 3 of my kids at the same level? They will be in grades 8, 6, & 4. My 8th grader is struggling with writing and in tears, my middle my be okay, but needs guidance, and my 4th grader is at an early reading stage. He has struggled with reading and writing and has made a lot of progress over the past year, but I can't imagine doing 3 different levels with my kids.
Hi Mary. This video is super helpful. I was wondering if you have any tips or videos on how to use writeshop along with Bravewriter arrows. I’m struggling on how to incorporate all the components of language arts. I recently purchased writeshop junior f for my youngest and writeshop 1 for my eldest. I feel a bit overwhelmed on how to include all the LA pieces for each child. We love the literature based approach and read alouds together. I bought writeshop to help my kiddos write more, learn to organize their thoughts and improve on structure. What did you do alongside writeshop for language arts? Or is writeshop enough on its own, aside from actually reading? Any advice is welcomed. Thank you!
