To wheelie you really shouldn't need that much power. Just push down on the Handel bars then give it some gas and lean back. That's the best way. Go on cross training enduro and he talks about this in his video about how to do small wheeles (but they are really not small lol)
you should try a crf150 to practice wheelies over a crf250 as you will be able to hang your left leg off the side for stability and the first step is you need to learn to get the balance point by using the back brake, great videos!
keep up the good work! Tried to get a gopro last night but they were all out do to black Friday. maybe next time I'll be lucky but keep up the good work! 👈
I like that lol if Charlie can start the 250 he can ride it that is what I told my 10 year old brother when he asked me if he can ride my 200cc trail bike I said if you can start it you can ride it but he has been riding since he was five he had a kazuma 110 quad and a 3.5hp go cart my dad told him if he could put the carb on it and tune it he can have it and when we both got home from work he was riding the go cart lol that ain't bad we had a race track around my dads yards after the first 2 weeks we was at dads for summer vacation lol and at both places my dad made a bunch of trails we had so many trails we could ride all day and not ride the same trail until you ride up the hill heading home
All these people talking shit about how to do it got nothing to do but say this and that he's a younger Rider and still riding a 2 stroke 250 regardless if he's the best or not hes still having fun and he seems pretty comfortable riding the bike
2vintage I was thinking the same, i think i'd rather ride the soul out of a 125 than pussy out on a 250, charlie did pretty good on the 250 but he is very experienced unlike me despite being younger
I love 2 strokes. You’re lucky u got some land to ride on. In south jersey we have to ride on the street to get to trails depending on where u live tho.
i know you guys buy-sell all types of bikes, but just try 1mx race, if it's your first time, nomatter how fast you are they start everyone as novice or beginner so don't feel bad. you'll gobble up serious $ info. plus it's better than se.. well close.
2vintage I payed $700. But it came with a yoshimura exhaust, pro taper bars, 2007 head and factory connection suspension. Do you think it was worth it?
I started on a mini bike and then I got a Yamaha DT175 enduro it didn't have lights but was in the family for years my step dad and uncle had it then my cousin and then I ended up with it and I had a manco dingo buggy 8hp governor turned up would go 65/70 mph
Tell him to get farther back on the bike and dont pop the clutch on a two stroke it comes up anyways, and he just gives it throttle for a second he needs to shift up and keeps throttling it when he gets it up
im curious why you don't open those bikes up? wheelie have nut'n w2/4s why don't you answer legit questions? you only respond to guys agree w\you the best way to find stuff out is ask questions
@@lancekippenbrock5307 just because its a bigger bike doesn't mean its easier a 65 2stroke and a 250 2stroke are completely different bikes and u guarantees 100% of riders will say the 65 is easier to ride
Fuel definitely does not go straight to the cylinder when you tilt it; come on man you're insulting that machine...I hope you've done some research since this was recorded.
Charlie's not Lame, only thing lame here is the teacher and the instruction or lack of. And going from a smaller lighter 125 and I'm assuming it was a Suzuki RM 125 before to a heavier less responsive Honda 250 is no easy feet either. My first dirt bike was an RM 125, same age 13. So hang in there Charlie and try to stay away from Hondas LOL
