An ongoing project of my brothers. Finally had the chance to catch it on film and do a quick bobber breakdown. Anything I forgot drop in the comments below 👇
Dude thats a sexy looking bike! I have an '07 Road King Custom that I built up and I love it. I love these Japanese bobbers though. I think this is one of the better ones Ive seen. I think Im gonna end up with one in the next year or so. Thanks for the video! 🍻
I actually baught this bike off your brother I have made some big changes to the look of the bike but kept the same paint bigger bars new chrome perches mirrors risers re routed the cables did a carb kit and velocity stacks
Glad to here someone else is enjoying it and making it their own! I would have loved to bought that bike and done my own version of it. But maybe a shadow750 build down the road! Would love to see it in person this summer
I do business all over Ontario. I actually am bringing an order of custom bash bars down in a week and a half. Hit me up on insta sometime @rev7garage Setup a meet maybe even ride one of the builds down
What brand are the clutch cables? I'm doing a 12 inch ape hangers on my 05 shadow. The information I have gotten says I need a new clutch cable. The stock isn't long enough. The rest still fit stock.
@@rev7garage I was looking at a vstar 650 to turn into a bobber but I like that 750. Is that a kit that replaces the rear shock or did you fabricate it?
We fabricated the struts from inch and a quarter solid aluminum and there is bolt on brackets on the bottom to change the angle of the struts to give them a cleaner line to match the frame
I was impressed with the ride on it. The forward controls are setup for a taller rider and market has lots of options for adjustable controls for a tall rider. Good power for a beginner bike. If it’s not your first cruiser tho I’d go with the 1100
