My 2002 ST1100 with LED headlight bulbs on low beam, F11 clear fog lights which are on and Model 60 spot lights all bought from stores.advmonster.com. The clear lenses for the turn signals I bought from Ad on the ST1100 Facebook page.
I took off the side reflectors, put on the new F11 in the same holes. I looked in the service manual to see what the color is for low beam wire and I ran the wires to it with the supplied connectors. It turned out a lot easier than I expected.
Hi OjaiRoy. i just bought myself these LED bulbs. But there was no wiring connection diagram with the package. Could you explain how to install these lights?
+OjaiRoy Thanks for hour reply, but I got it sorted out yesterday. Now I am interested in how you installed the additional front light on front wheel. This looks cool also. You can get back to me on FB if you like.
I'm glad you sorted out the lights. I installed the lights by the fender using the holes that are there for the side reflectors, so I had no drilling to do. I was surprised at how simple it was! I like your LED video. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-56K7vU23or0.html
+DON QHOTE These are not fan cooled and installation is simple, I was really surprised at how well designed this is for motorcycles. There is a photo on this page that shows how it is installed with perfect fit and boot placement- stores.advmonster.com/h4-led-headlight/
+OjaiRoy Thanks! Loks like the one I'm looking at will fit too. 24w 3000lumens, hope it's not overkill. Did you have to modify the boot? My first led mod was flashers inside the mirror vent holes that turn on when my rear brake switch is engaged. Just tap lightly coming into intersections, get their attention :)
+DON QHOTE Mine is the PanEuro/ST1100 I took the shims off my old bulbs and used them on the LED. These bulbs are TRUE plug n play- no mods, no cutting and nothing removed except the old bulbs. A truly simple install!!
