In my opinion, I feel like mini gt is the better option here, even though the quality might be a little bad but I feel like for the price it's actually really good compared to the hotwheels version, more detail and overall more accurate
Excellent comparison video. I agree with all of your observations and viewpoints. I have the Hot Wheels version and it's certainly the best model from the Elite 64 line.... but even without comparing it to the Mini GT model, it's still not quite the homerun it needs to be (IMO). That said, at least the QC on these have been pretty good (AFAIK) unlike what some have been recently experiencing with RLC models.
Yeah I would agree that it's the best elite64 model they've done. It doesn't look too horrible on its own, but when you compare it to something more accurate like the Mini GT, it starts to fall apart a little bit. Which rlc models have been struggling with QC? I haven't been keeping up on what hotwheels come out tbh lol
@@voodoodiecast I just collect supercars and hypercars, which are not popular like JDM's. I'm not a collector who is affected by popular items or trends. I am just a loyal hotwheels fan.
Even though the secondary price for the mini gt is steep it’s kinda not much different than the price leap between retail HW premiums and newer mini gts (even if it’s out of my price range lol). If I would get one it’d still be the HW tho bc idc about full irl accuracy it’s close enough 😂
I missed the ball on the mini gt lbwk now I find it to expensive on the secondary market. I’m just gonna wait until Inno or some other brands start making them.
Real Riders are just a term that hotwheels uses to describe their premium wheels. Mini GTs wheels are always accurate and have rubber tires. And yes all Mini GTs roll pretty well
I would have to agree, just didn't wanna be that blunt in the video. Gotta take them for what they are. Did you see that Audi Rs7 that they did? 🤣 I was embarrassed for hotwheels. Looked like a $1 mainline lol
