An example of great content that is practically useful. Who doesn’t like seeing a real asset being built from scratch. Keep the building videos coming nice and slow and you’ll be guaranteed watching wall to wall.
Technical advice, the stirrups of beams near to column should be placed closer to each other. Why? The stress is greater there. I would recommend, 1 @ 50mm 8 @ 100mm rest @ 200mm. Good day.
@@retiredandhappyinphilippin3329 Ma'am, through your progress as the building rises, I've seen also "BIG NOS" in the process which will critically affect the structural strength of your building. I can give you more advices, It's not to offend or criticize you. But to prevent structural failure.

May mali po maam sa tie beam nio d po sa pag offend, kasi nasa labas ng mainbar nung column nio ung bars ng tiebeam, maapektuhan po ang concrete cover ng column nyo, meaning madali po yan mag crack since you used 16 mm as main bar for your tie beam, dapat po kasi ma satisfy na mga 40mm ang concrete cover since na embedded po sya sa ground, tropical area pati po satin, so meaning pag tag ulan babad po yang poste nio sa tubig,
May I ask why didn't you excavate the whole site do your steel and formwork pour the concrete and backfield then stem wall slab on top after plumbing ? Sorry only inquisitive
u can insert stir up one piece more, do not open or break stir up just to insert at the bottom of the post and tie beam intersection. before u insert tie beam drop 2 pcs of stir up in between the tie beam (between upper and lower bars) untie. hope this will help my kasadors of the phinoy.
Parang prinsesa po yung contractor niyo. Minsan lang magpakita ang arte pa ng barracks. He should have been there almost everyday during the pouring of all the foundations. Still hoping everything goes well in your construction. 👍👍👍
The enginner have not inspected the rebar installation with all those mistake. Really they don’t know the location on the septic tank.Whoever the designer did not do a good job, incomplete design. I bet, you don’t have any idea the size of septic tank and leaching field. I bet there is no site plan that was done, and how about the building permit plans.tie beam rebar still in wrong locations, the engineer is not doing his job or he does not know the correct placement of rebars. Normally when I go to the site I lasked the field engineer copy of building permit set and go from there. I did not see it happening here insee they adding horizontal rebar on the outer side of the column which is incorrect. Continue to progress additinal mistakes. Problem after problem on this contruction. Did yoynthe owner resolved the issue on tie beam splice. If not , your house is in bad shape if this things is not addressed.
