What’s a special inspector??
@HisboiLRoi
@HisboiLRoi Год назад
@@erikrobles5727 - Approval of certain facets of a project sometimes requires expertise and knowledge beyond that of a general building inspector. A special inspector is an independent expert in a particular field that signs off on, or sometimes rejects, those portions of a project. On more complex designs, there are sometimes multiple special inspectors covering different disciplines. What work requires a special inspection can vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. The cost for special inspections is over and above the standard permit fees.

@@LIBERTY0RDEATH How is it you are missing the problems that were caused by the incorrectly done work, by the house flippers caused. There are reasons to do the work correctly and there are knowledgeable inspectors to ensure that the work is done correctly. That is the original reason building codes were established, and are still relevant, even if building codes may have gone beyond what is necessary.😊

I honestly think it’s so cool that you can speak to your employees in their own language. Don’t know if it’s something you already knew or if you learned to communicate better with them but either way so many employers and supervisors could make their workplaces more welcoming and friendly, not mention improve team morale and efficiency by learning even basic Spanish. You see a person more as an individual with their own unique traits and personality when you can communicate with them in a way that feels more natural to them.

What i do recommend while doing drains, is that you put the gravel inside geotextile to make sure that the dirt over years dont sink between the gravel, displacing the the dirt and soil above it (making a sinkhole effect) or at heavy rain dont pull out the soil too fast to clog or just displace the soil. Usually what you should do is to lay a texile bed with 1.5x more lenght at one of the side, fill in the gravel then wrap the whole thing up to the top, then put the soil on it. The gravel bed will work as a soft tube collecting all the water while preventing soil collapse on it.

I love your explanation. Every tradie has their way of doing thing. The double nails are a first. I think your style is still very good.

Great job excellent attention to detail I hope the homeowner uses you in the future I know they need to do a lot of work to get that whole addition into better shape those kind, patio conversions are a nightmare bad roofing bad walls DYI rooms that were never meant to be part of the house.
