Fun fact: there aren’t technically any actual zombies in the House of the Dead games; they’re genetically-mutated “Creatures”. Zombies don’t appear outside of a non-canon spinoff game called Zombie Revenge. So this movie didn’t even get that right!
But i still call them zombies .. and ya if your definition of zombie has " coming back from the death " factor necessary then there are actually some monsters in the game which are zombies.. for example , Sophie becomes zombie in bad ending of the house of the dead game after getting killed by Chariot which clearly means she came back from the death . In the house of the dead 3 , there is a reanimated corpse miniboss named Yukio , who was killed by " zombies " or biologically engineered monsters or whatever before turning into one . So ya Yukio and Sophie are zombies since they are reanimated corpses . And the mutants in the house of the dead overkill game are actually zombies ... This is clear when in first level of the game , mutants are seen coming out of graveyard and in hospital mission of the game ( called " blastic trauma " or whatever ) , some mutants are seen coming out of morgue drawers which indicates they may be reanimated corpses . So ya even though not all monsters are technically " zombies " in the game given they are not reanimated corpses , but some monsters are zombies since they are reanimated corpses .
Also the developers refer to Cyril creature ( creature / zombie with two axes 🪓 🪓 ) in The house of the dead 1 game as " dead " in the tutorial ( if you have noticed that line " shoot the dead attacking you " ) , i don't know why but maybe he is a reanimated corpse .
You might be happy to know that Boll is officially retiring from film making. In his words at least, but for now lets enjoy the possibility that he is leaving the business. Hopefully for good.
There actually where Sega sponsored raves. Though they weren't on islands. Most Sega raves revolved around projections of their character Miku Miku singing popular J-Pop and American Pop songs.

You forgot that Uwe Bol is an idiot who doesn't let little things like facts, and logic, and sense stop him from putting out garbage films. Plus, y'know, finding someone who speaks Spanish that could correct him would be IMPOSSIBLE. I mean, it's only one of the 5 most spoken languages in the world according to the most up-to-date lists I've been able to find - and going by any lists I've been able to find from roughly when this would've been made, it still would've been in the top 10. And that'd require actual EFFORT. I wouldn't make such a big deal out of this if it was an isolated incident, but... it's Uwe fucking Bol. I don't think he knows what things like "quality checking" or "accurate representations" are.
FuugaNatsu He completely ignore the original game story he adapted too. For example Alone in the Dark is survival horror game, and actually Uwe Boll's writers already made script that faithful to the game. But Uwe Boll ditch them, because he want more shooting and sexy girls....

OMG we rented this from Block Buster when i was 10, but i didn't recognize the film till you showed a clip of Liberty. I long forgot what this film was, & the only thing that stuck with me was: 🔴 there was a movie with a girl named Liberty, in a ridiculous outfit ⚪ there was a line where the other characters made fun of/questioned if that was her real name 🔵 & they were being killed (but i didn't recall by what)
I have an idea for the next Uwe Boll movie! An adaptation of the classic game Sonic '06. The plot: a 10-year old kid (who dies his hair blue and wears it spiky) named Sonic collects small, elemental monsters. Oh, but he randomly shows short gifs of things like "Sonic Goes For a Walk."
I don't know. George Romero making a movie about a human who tries to keep the peace between vampires and werewolves sounds pretty cool. Well, it would be if SMeyer was willing to allow anyone with actual writing experience to make changes to her story.

moogleknight88 Yep. RU-vid comes down a lot harder on the music than Blip did so a lot of music bits that will or might cause problems have been swapped out.
i think i just figured out something... Uwe Bol only got the rights to the TITLES of games, so it'll be cheaper etc, but he can't use any game content so he makes up a load of bollocks

Why the hell is this called house of the dead? It should have been titled island of the dead given the setting! What, they couldn't find a big mansion and throw in a truck load of zombies in there? Yeah I know it's supposed to be an adaptation of the game but come on Boll, You could have at least tried.
I remember my Mom bought this for me on dvd. I had a dreamcast and she knew that was my favorite game 4 the dreamcast. I had never heard of the "Amazing" bastard Uwe Troll and after watching it I would never forget the horror Uwe would bring upon the world. Anyway I brought the dvd to FYE and tried to trade it in a while later. They offered me 0.05$$$$!!! Yes a fuckn nickel....AND I TOOK IT!
