I’ve been taking black-seed oil and apple cider vinegar with lemon and honey for literally over 20 years. Never got the flu don’t get even colds and didn’t get Covid . I grew up on these remedies and natural unprocessed food without a lot of red meats so at 64 I’m glad all these things that are popular now I was doing decades ago. Yes they all work.

I came down with c19 in February. It lasted a long time and I was hospitalized briefly. Took me about 2 and a half months to recover. I have been taking several things since I recovered. All good to me except the vitamin C. Ascorbic acid is what we get from supplements which is a synthetic form of vitamin C. It has been linked to cancer, so I’d stick with citrus fruits and veggies for my natural C vitamin.

Kalongi oil has been used for hundreds of years in Asia. Must not be confused with onion seeds. Kalongi is Indian name Nigella seeds in English. We Indians use as a tonic. 😘😘🤗

So picked up a cough a few weeks ago. The cough became intense and I just prayed and asked the Lord what should I take because if I go to the hospital they are gonna tell me j have covid 19. @@mariatrimboli3467 I take a tablespoon of Andreas black seed oil every morning when I get up. I then take a teaspoon of black seed honey or any confirmed raw local honey. You can add other things like lemon juice, turmeric, cinnamon, cayenne pepper in some pure water. You may want to just take a teaspoon or two of the black seed oil if a tablespoon is too much for you.
@@trob9100 I think a local true raw honey will suffice. My cousin has been raising honey for 50 years and he tells me that even if it says raw it may have been heated some to get it out of the large containers it is stored in. He gets me, true raw honey, with no heat. If you buy it in the comb it should be raw and non-heated or you can ask your source. I do buy some black seed raw honey on Amazon because I like the taste but I don't know if it has had any heat or not. Heat kills the enzymes in the honey. I have used Manuka honey also but can tell no difference in how I feel but the Manuka is great for wound healing.

The oil is expensive. But the seeds are cheap. You can buy the seeds and grind them in a spice grinder and consume that way. You can also make your own black seed oil this way with a high quality olive oil using the infusion method. Not all olive oils are equal, so you must do your research and choose a high quality oil. 80% of olive oils on grocery store shelves are fake and low quality.
I dont have the specific name in Hebrew. But surely God created and provided seeds for all nation and scattered the blessing on every nation to show his power and majesty. So no Mohammad cant take credit for what God created. I'm sure black seed was somewhere in the BIBLE. A Hebrew speaking person of age may tell us. I'll keep my eye open n will comment in the future. However, there was no mention of the effects on long haulers or any studies done on long haulers as indicated in the Title of the video . The study mentioned was the one done on acute covid patients. Please do a video on treatment options for long haulers with symptoms such a fybromyalgia, ME/CFS, eczema other autoimmune conditions that have come about post covid.

Pray that folk will listen. I have shared a few things with others who have it, whi have had it but are struggling with the weakness it causes. Seems they either don't want healing or they just want folk to feel sorry for them or both. Great info, we’ve been taking black seed oil and honey plus cinnamon for a few years, not only were my allergies and asthma improved, my cholesterol levels as well without meds dropped to normal levels, as well as my husbands prediabetes..and has stayed normal over years.. I didn’t know about it’s value on c19 , specially not about this comparison against antiviral agents and steroids.. it would have been interesting to know more about the dosage used..as well…here.. Sir just explain a bit how to take the combination. I mean the quantity/ measures and how often to take it, etc. I see a lot of info about how good these seeds are but nothing about what the dosage is.
In description box there's the study. I saw someone have did the math and said he is 74 kg the seed he should take is like 5.9 gram, honey per gram/ kg, means he should have 74 g honey. Both twice daily. Another one commenter say she just did 5 ml oil and 1 tablespoon (15 ml ) honey twice daily. I think it's because she's healthy and do this for prevention. So she doesn't take that much. Hope this helps.

My primary care is a good doctor. but he is clearly in the camp of getting the jab as are most other doctors. I will NEVER get the jab. Sometimes you have to think for yourself and base your choices on reality rather than promises. And in this case--i think I made the right decision. I'll take my chances with natural prevention.

It lowers blood sugar and blood pressure. Right? So what if you have meds. for high blood pressure, like Hydrochloorthiazide 25 mg. Is it okay to use Black seed oil and same question for Ivermectin (6mg)? I have been going back and forth with these questions and no one has answered so far. Not even from people using all of this. In this case the sugar is low and no meds were needed because of a diet.

You must crush the seeds. With a mortar and pestle or with a coffee grinder. I use them in cooking various lentil dishes, but learned about how the oil was more concentrated for cancer. I take it twice a day. So had seen this study and started taking it with honey. Helps the taste and the burps that can come afterwards from the plain oil.

I have a pot of black seed (nigella) in my kitchen cupboard. Is it better to chew the seeds directly or buy a bottle of black seed oil ? How many seeds a day should you take. I have been taking about 8 seeds and carefully crushing them before downing with water.
