Interesting. Arabic script used to be used all over the world. I really hope we could use it again in day to day life.

Hi, the cape malay "Ke-na-la" implies, " for the sake of Allah " or "for Allah" This a typical Malay (malaysian phrase), " ke-rana Allah", which means " for the sake of Allah" or " for Allah" The cape malays have "conjugated" or contracted it to it to "kena Allah" . The intention of the phrase in Cape Malay is the same is Malay (Malaysian). In Indonesian Malay, the phrase is " Demi Allah".

agree. "karena Allah" is widely spoken in west sumatera or riau in Indonesia. they emigrated to malay peninsula and became the forefathers of nowadays malaysia and singapore (which is predominantly of chinese descendants ).
