I love that Brendan gave an explanation for why he would miss so many words from songs in earlier shows in their career, check out some of their older shows and he would literally sing only like 50%of each song. The rest would be missed cause he would be letting a fan sing or he would be stage diving. I personally don't see a problem with that cause I think it's more important to entertain your audience than give a 100% accurate performance. But I never suspected it was because of nervousness. That's very interesting.

The interviewer is visibly smitten. Lol.

I'm sure he said at least 5 words: "Hi, our band's called Turnstile." 😊

Its awesome to see Brendan repping a fiddlehead shirt. Their guitar player recently was their tour photographer. Awesome guys. Awesome show. Met so many people that are in the HC scene that are staples. Best show of all time Charlotte NC baby

I feel brendan has this jive like Mj, prince, little Richard type vibe when he performs. It feels like he’s saying thank you to those type of lead musicians who dance with that funk. I Dunno if it’s like “I’m doing this for that” or if that’s how he naturally moves when he performs if it’s on purpose or not- but it’s definitely a grooving jive dance when he does it. Super smooth

Love Brendan, but he's not really the first one to have this type of stage presence in hardcore. Guy Piccioto from Fugazi and Denis Lyxzen from Refused had similar dancing styles.

HOW did this woman get a job as an interviewer. Look at her opening question. She goes off in like 29 different directions, says “like” 15 times in two sentences and never gets to any point or really asks him anything.

Just because someone doing a interview differently and likes to dive deeper in a question, does not mean that it is bad at all. He got the question and gave her an answer. But whatever...
