@@MondoMiami you don't perform surgery on rockets. the expression should be 'it's not rocket science.' what she does is simple, even I can do it. my comment is about the way she explains it, but I guess you won't understand that.
@@hollystiener16 let me fix that. Doesn't make sense "to you" ...the other 539 votes seem to understand what was said so thank you for being an illiterate outlier.
watching this , just oozes out the passion and emotions being put into those donuts every single step from making the dough to finishing touches of the glaze. People who pours everything to make that food, is gonna be insanely good. I NEED THAT GUAVA CHEESE FANFAN
HOLY SMOKES. Probably the best donut you’ll ever taste. She makes them FRESH all day in small batches. And uses great ingredients. No artificial colors. I wonder if they’re winning any awards? Seems like a very unique model for donut making. More culinary.
As a pastry chef I have tons of respect for your passion. A lot of donut shops now just use mix and just doesn't taste right. We make our own version of the Kronut which takes three days to make but it's so worth it.
I really love her approach to flavoring her donuts. Because she started out making savory food, she applied that into desserts to make unique and eclectic flavors. Incredible.
Wow your dough is absolutely heavenly, Fany! Pillowy clouds of joy! The doughnuts have wings because they fly - right out of your bakery! OMG so beautiful and golden brown when they flip in the oil! The glazes, toppings and fillings are out of this world! Boxes of jewels - jeweled doughnuts! Tears of joy streaming....oh and my mouth is watering, too! I never tire of watching masters at their craft! Feast for the senses, Fany!! Thank you!!
Oh, how lovely when a set of donuts were white boxed -- they were individual works of art; how lovely to bring a box of her creations to friends and sip with delicious coffee with whipped cream :)
I love this; no pretentiousness, just amazing baking with amazing flavour combinations and incredible attention to detail. Much better than the bakery from the last episode.
You thought the husband and wife bakery was pretentious? What does that word even mean to you? Maybe you should not be so concerned with the intentions of people who are creating something beautiful.
She went from Savory to pastries, making my fav dessert. This woman is amazing, I love it how she and her crew knew 0 about baking and look what she's doing. I'd love to do donuts on my menu whenever I get my food truck up and running.
Just hearing describing the nuances of how doughnuts are and what makes theirs so good shows the depths of her experience into making sure each one she puts out is consistent for those who are able to pick up one of their doughnuts. I loved this. I'm not huge on donuts and stuff like that but I'd definitely try one and I'm sure I'd make weekly trips :) I'm a very simple glaze donut kind of person, I don't like anything fancy but I don't have doughnuts often maybe once a year :)
This lady is the embodiment of what every person who handles food feels... She lets her food speak to her soul and she expresses it on them yummy glazy beautiful pieces of art. Oh, and it's another tasty reason I love living in NY. I'm upstate toward Albany but it's close enough!! Been to NYC a lot. But I don't think I'll leave the northern area.. so pretty here.
I can see clearly what motivates her everyday. It's so beautiful for people to find their passion, day passes by so fast because your reality is better than your dream. Thank you for sharing what you do
This was amazing! I love going to non chain restaurants. It's always so much better. Watching this channel makes me wish I lived nearer a large city like NY
lucky to live nearby and run across them just after opening. as soon as we had one, we knew we'd have a donut tower at our wedding, and it was perfect.
The owner exudes positivity, kindness, humaneness, honesty through her intonation, patterns of speech, the way she speaks, her smiles, her gestures/movements, the way she treats and makes donuts. I love it.
Beautiful inside and out. Wish the shop was in my area. Keep up the good work. My 95 yo father in law is a baker from Denmark. Retired, he passed on the love of baking to his kids. 💗
the passion and love for what she does just resonates, surely top-tier doughnuts!! freshly handmade? the flavors?? as someone who learned how to bake pastries and bread, i love how she described the process of kneading, that getting your own hand involved to make these bread and the connection and heart you'll have with the food. All of us in our class before really was just learning how to bake to pass the assessment and receive our certificates by the end of the year, but we ended up enjoying it, making the whole journey to it much more bearable and enjoyable, it was such a big accomplishment we got before we moved to senior high. Oh the joy in cooking and baking
Thank you for this, Can tell they are great by the passion put into them. Def reminded me of being a kid and getting fresh donuts and then one day the places i enjoyed turned into stale donuts not made fresh in front of you. I think the thing i love a lot is how many cultures inter mix food flavors to make new awesome ones
wow doing this everyday takes a lot of hard work and passion. I know dunkin donuts or krispy kreme, they mostly use machines to create batch and batch of donuts but then dang they make it by hand.
Good Lord, what a satisfying video! So much mouth-watering goodness embellished with artful finishes. I don't live near NYC but this would be a bucket list item when I visit.
the best food is always made by people who love it themselves. thats why all that factory made stuff tastes like ash and feels like a stone in the stomach. i´m in dire need of a donough right now..
No, factory-made foods taste that way because they have to add way more preservatives to maintain a product's shelf life. That aside, I get what you're alluding to.
I wish you were in Seattle because I would love to try your doughnuts!! You have positive vibes that come through so I can just imagine how your doughnuts taste!
Thanks to Eater I know what I'm going to do in NY. I'm going to get a cab, then speed through all the places, gather food, got to the hotel, eat up and die happy :D But seriously, I really enjoy watching people doing amazing food, living their passion. This bakery is insane, the flavours, colours. Everything is stunning!
Me: "I wonder what I should eat today, maybe I'll eat something healthy today." Eater: "I doughnut think so, Here watch this video of delicious looking doughnuts." Me: "Ordering doughnuts it is" Joking aside, I really enjoy watching the video and the doughnut just looks amazing
I'm glad she adds the fresh nutmeg to each batch. You might not notice every little touch of love but the love manifests itself anyway. Also, i should very much like to try a little glass of that cinnamon water they have. I bet that would be refreshing cold.
Used to live by here and had the chance to stop by a few times. Really excellent donuts, probably the best I’ve had. Go for the guava & cheese if you’re dropping in.
essa chef é genial demais, venho acompanhando o trabalho dela nesse ultimo ano (2022) e toda vez ela soa fantastica. todos os detalhes e trabalho para criar esses doces fantasticos, incrivel de assistir.
