Great presentation thank you. The attraction of the different amino acid sequence to each other has various strengths determined by the sequence of such. Do you know of any litterateur on this? Fascinating!!! Thank you for such an awesome lecture.

My lung cancer when it started the proteins in my eyes started causing floaters. My Ophthalmologist told me at the time and have very much to do with my lung cancer. I had it removed and the eye floaters stop for almost 2 years. They came back and my cancer is back. Somebody needs to be looking into this stuff. On top of it every time I cancer grew is when I had a vaccination.

TH, first, good luck. Ill say a prayer for you. Second, bromelain, the OTC enzyme, dissolves floaters. Third, no promises, but look into lumbrokinase... another enzyme. It may have potential for you.

The DailyMail ,1 year ago, did an article on the use of Isatuximab in combating prostate cancer and the research carried out by ICR which appeared very promising in this context. What is the current situation with regard to use of this drug&/ or similar drugs which target the CD 38 Protein which seems to inhibit Immune system effectiveness?

Tau protein entanglement with beta-amyloid proteins aggregation is a biomarker for Alzheimer's Disease but not a reliable symptoms of the onset of the symptoms of Alzheimer's Disease ...this talk is surveying the current methodology being used to study the pathogenesis of AD and the biochemical and molecular process of AD

What is the similarity to Huntingon’s ?
@francescomariaraimondo3395
@francescomariaraimondo3395 2 года назад
To keep it simple: like many tauopathies, HD is a neurodegenerative disorder which affects both motor and psychiatric function. It's not, though, a tauopathy. It doesn't originate from the aggregation of tau protein fibrils. The hallmark of HD is the amplification of the end region codon CAG which codifies for glutamine (when you have more then 36 repetitions of it, it's said that the protein has a PolyQ tail, since it has more glutamines the usual) of the protein Huntingtin. It is an autosomal dominant mutations, meaning that it is sufficient for you to have one mutated allele of the gene codifying for Huntingtin to be affected. However when the repetitions are between 36 and 40 the disease has incomplete penetrance: meaning, it does not manifest in all patients or is not nearly as severe. It has been shown that Huntingtin (or portions of it) when mutated can form fibril concretions. Though, the many forms of these fibrils and their significance are yet to be fully understood. And it is speculated that some of those could even have a protective value.

180 ° Turn! SEEK YE the LORD while He may be found, call ye upon Him while He is near: [Isaiah 55:1-6-13] BEHOLD, A bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye Him. [Mt. 17:1-5-27] FROM THAT time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. [Mt. 4:1-17-23-24-25] I TELL you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish. [Luke 13:1-3-5-35] THE LORD is not slack concerning His promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. [2 Peter 3:1-9-18 KJV] 180 ° Turn!!
