@Misana in the comments some were more focused on a feather or 2 they might have seen. The idea is to take the lessons of cooking methods into our homes for delicious meals. They can clean their own chicken better at home. Focus on what he delivers amd he is doing a great job btw💕

My mother is Japanese and always love it when she cooks. And before she passed she taught me a lot the cooking she did. I like this guys cooking. He should invest in tri pod or to hold his camera, so he wouldn’t have to hold his work in the air.
@@deniseapps8244 any high smoke point oil. I'm in Australia and use sunflower oil works well, other's use Canola but I won't use Canola anything same for Veg oil. Hope this helps
Forget the negativity. Some of them probably can't even cook. They act you are cooking for them. Everybody don't cook and prepare their food same. I will be trying your recipe today

Thanks for demonstrating how to cut into the drumstick and preserving the meat and skin. I usually cut into the drumstick but it doesn’t look as neat as yours. As for cooking, do you have to fry twice? Will it not be as crispy? Your chicken looks delicious!
I fry a few minutes to form a crust as I fry in batches on medium heat, once all chicken is done I turn the heat on high to fry second time and it makes the crust crispy and cooks and keeps the juiciness of the chicken meat

He did a good job with the nasty chicken. If I make this I will just clean the chicken. It was a bit hard to watch but I stuck through to the end. If I ate his prep I would be 🤮💩. I love learning new methods. But do. Understand a lot of people would get sick that’s why they are freaking out

🤤. Glad i found your video, their was a place when i was kid, that this chiense restaurant in Stockton called Fon Wongs deli. They had the best garlic fried Chicken i have ever had,but unfortunately they closed down after being around for so many years. not sure why they did as i was in another country at the time, but me and my family always remembered their food, always delicious. Now i will try and make this recipe to see how close it is 😉. Thank you again for posting this and i will tell you how it goes 😁.
